Hello, I hope that you are well.
Thank you so much for this wonderfully invigorating guided meditation. I have only recently discovered your excellent channel. I am fifty-six and I live in England. I have just listened to this as part of my early-morning practice. I start my day with Yoga Nidra at four in the morning when the household is quiet. I also have a session in the middle of the afternoon. I have used your guided meditations at both times in the last week, to great effect. Your delivery is beautifully even and calming. I am most grateful. love, light and peace, Bob McGowan.
Hi Bob! Thank you so much for sharing with me how your practices are going. I love to hear about how powerful yoga nidra is and how it impacts my listener's lives. Thank you so much for practicing twice a day with me, Your support means a lot and I am glad to have you a part of the community.
Thank you Loren. ❤❤

You are so welcome Deborah! Thank you for being here.
It was very relaxing. I loved the sighs at the beginning, the extended body scan, and the nurturing of the Sankalpa and the externalization instructions at the end. The use of the command globally allowed me to immediately and automatically feel my entire back simultaneously, which is something that I had to deliberately do for other yoga nidras. It was something special about this yoga nidra, and it deepened my relaxation response as it progressed to the whole body where I could then notice my breath more readily. The breath components were simple and easy to follow, but the long period of silence left my mind drifting in quasi-dream state aware of my surroundings and lights turn on and off around me. I will do this one again when I am less exhausted from moving. 😅
Oh I bet you are exhausted! Thanks so much for practicing with me during your busy schedule ❤️ It's funny you mention the long periods of silence. I am personally working on learning how to sit in silence longer, which is why I incorporated it into this practice. I always focus on teaching from a place of embodiment (and because of some requests for a slower-paced nidra) This day and age make it tough for our ego to chill out and sit in silence, even for me when I am teaching.
@@lorenrunion Yeah, sitting in silence is something that I find easier to do as I have my mind engaged in something if I have yet to achieve a state with no visuals and thoughts. Once my mind has stilled, then bring on all the silence. For this one, I think that I will do that by focusing on Madhyadasha, which I learned from other yoga nidras and flows naturally from the breath components you offered, if I am tired, but wired. Thank you, Loren!!! ❤️
So lovely, thank you so much Loren. Love and Bright Blessings from Brighton, UK. Namaste ❤️🙏

Hi. Why do you leave out the left side chest, shoulder upper arm, elbow lower arm, and hand?
Hi Andy! The left arm etc starts at minute 12:53!
Ah yes, thank you! I must have dozed off slightly 😂
