Probably using several solar systems.
Rig the Obliterator to fire together with 5 Nicol-Dyson beams, all of which are strapped onto a Mega-Systemcraft composed of 6 Systemcrafts taped together.
You'll be that much closer to having enough dakka.

First they need to make the stellar shield array for shielding off your empires most important systems.

Make an Attack Black Hole. Surround it with Systemcraft to move it, and use Attack Moons as hyper-light-speed kinetic projectiles by sling-shotting around the black hole at the center of such a monstrosity. I’d say about, oh, 7 systemcraft to pilot the damn thing and 30 behemoth planetcrafts to provide outpost defense and network node links to compute the unfathomably ridiculous trajectory equations. Oh, and since each firing of the main black hole weapon requires one attack moon per firing, better have about, oh, 300 attack moons following the Attack Black Hole.
As if that wasn’t enough dakka, the following could be possible: A GALAXYCRAFT.
A massive interstellar framework powered by every single star in every single solar system, connecting all stellar objects in a system together with a construct that spans along the hyperlanes and physically connects every system to every other neighboring system. All moons, planets, systemcraft, black holes and fleets move within predetermined areas of movement. Wormholes become as mundane as doors are to us, allowing teleportation of pops, resources, trade and armaments anywhere and everywhere. Everything perfectly ordered, all for one purpose: physically moving the entire damn galaxy. Why? Well, perhaps a crisis could spawn where a galaxy similar to the L-Cluster tries to swallow our galaxy, and we must shift our galaxy out of that enemy galaxy’s path; or another galaxy with a hive mind got their galaxycraft working, and threaten to use their quasi-stellar obliterator on our systems, and we need the galaxycraft to even have a chance at defending against that monstrosity.
That’s a really cool thought: a Universe Map showing multiple galaxies to eventually conquer/“peacefully subdue”/exterminate. WE become the end-game crisis for ANOTHER GALAXY.

Gigastructural Engineering: allow me to introduce myself
This is pathetic. Though it might be due to patches, my game hasn’t lagged when two empires, including mine, had over 5000 pops, combined. In total, MAYBE ten thousand in the entire galaxy. And yes, gigastructural engineering is THE solution to screw your ennemy over. You can literally cut off all chokepoints leading to your systems and become a complete isolationist.

@@theapexsurvivor9538 Well, one of the modifiers they have is Lethargic leadership, meaning they couldn’t get shit done. Plus they don’t have the resources to do it anymore, and when they were at the apex of their power, they were other people around that were as strong as them, so they couldn’t do it.

Well, a random system is worth less than a planet. I bet destroying a system with a planet counts -100 and -1000 separately.

Well, Stellaris likes to stack on penalties. "Was at war," "fanatical purifier," "eats people," and the like. After the first -100, the rest are just bragging rights.

Up next: the galactacraft, convert the entire galaxy into a massive research facility that does 4 things
1: find the base particle ( the particle that Makes up everything, from time itself to the cheeseburger your eating )
2: isolate the base particle ( like a few thousand not made into anything )
3: coalesce the minds of all inhabitants of the galactacraft into a single endlessly vast entity
4: place the entity into the particles and set it loose to assimilate all of existence

Nah anything thrown at it would just be more for it to assimilate plus it would just be able to alter the timeline so it had always consumed that universe then it would consume the timeline too

Aspec you forgot one of the important parts of the Quasi-Stellar Obliterator: You can throw stuff into the black hole to fuel the weapon. Including (undesired) pops.

I mean, you can, but I find using them to fuel my smaller ships until they've been converted to iron first is far more cost effective.
@@theapexsurvivor9538 Its actually more effective to throw them into the Blackhole given that the energy mass conversion rate from that is 10% (which is absurd given that the sun has like 1 % conversion) so yeah.
Although you have dark matter generators and super reactors by the end game so its just universe sandbox at that point.
I fricken love this mod. I don't care how overpowered it is, it's just straight up fun.

Even though it is overpowered, it's hard to obtain it. It would have been worse it the cost was cheap for creating this type of weapon. XD

Aspec, the hyperstructual construction yard allows you to build 90 battleships in 90 days. Update, got it down to 84 days

Then you realise that 90 battleships doesn’t seem that powerful anyways… usually it’s used to produce thousands of disposable corvettes to defend the main force.

I wonder if that's even possible. An Alderson Disk is mind-boggling technology, but certainly feasible for a super advanced civilization. But idk how you would get enough materials to build a disk across an entire galaxy.

-Most of their weaponry and technology is incomprehensible to other denizens of the galaxy.
-Civilization is Kardashev 2.7 with multiple constructs that dwarf stars.
-Have a weapon that can erase stars with the flick of your fingers.

He lacks the Pokemon fragments inside small metal spheres.
You forgot the bit where I collect ''stuff'' for my ''museum''.
Last I checked, even the Necrons were nowhere near capable of making some of the stuff that appears in gigastructural engineering. The largest I've seen from the info about them was Trazyn's Dyson Sphere.

Plot twist: somewhere out there some species that build a pure computer alderson disc, and there’s a camouflaged wire transporting processing power trough millions of lightyears directly to Aspec’s computer

honestly the only gigastructures left i think that can be made are ones to do with other invading diemensions or making super gates to other galaxies aka basically becoming a end game crisis

Wilma Perkins an awesome literal game ender would be making a black hole bomb using the center of the galaxy, blowing up the entire galaxy, but when you start it, the entire galaxy declares war on you.
@@devonstidham9234 it would be really easy to add a end game player mode all you need is a setting that lets you choose a custom empire and spawn in a lategame level galaxy but you have all the tech researched maybe fill the galaxy with only determined externators fanatic purifiers and devouring swarms if you think its too easy

Another mod, which I find amusing, but kinda busy to try out in depth myself, is Traditions+. It replaces the typical traditions with paths on which you can dive yourself in and the whole concept is so clean and logical. Check it out some time.
And here I was, thinking that slice of live was just an anime genre.

they really should add a knock off halo array to the next big update. build the ark, have it build the halo's, then build onyx to house and shield your population.

Those disk are broken. Like, you can have four of them and generate an absurd amount of research, by having one entirely focusing on producing energy, one for minerals, one for consumer goods, and one for research. And with three, you can have basically infinite alloy.
And here I thought the colossus I just built in console edition was impressive...and expensive...
I was truly happy to find out I could at least build 11 Titans in the time it took my Colossus to kill 40 planets and get itself 2 star systems on the way towards the rest of it's order queue. Big=Slow unfortunately I

Using this mod alongside the ACOT mod is pretty hilarious. Your economy, tech and fleet power get to insane levels. Would recommend. I mean, as an example from what I did in a recent game, who doesn't want to run around with over 60 million fleet power and troll everyone else in the galaxy?

It not letting you build in the system is not really a bug, there is still an enemy starbase in that system that hasn't been neutralized. Also if you have the universal resource patch mod it needs to be at the bottom of your list because Stellaris's load order is from the bottom up and it needs to be loaded first to see the quasimatter, also good luck being able to time the fleet destroying beam it really doesn't work unless the enemy fleet is stationary or really slow.
I was not really serious when I said that the next step after planet destroying & world ships would be Nova weapons.
But here we are.

I started playing this with my friend and had the glorious moment showing him the colossus with cleansing the unfortunate xenos that are taking up precious processing power.
This just gets to the point where you get to remove the planets taking up your CPU.

Yes, there are a lot of anecdotes in Gigastructual Engineering. The Anderson disk has: "But can it run Crysis?" in the dialogue.
Cygnus X-1 is also a real black hole around 6000 light-years away
Cygnus x1 is a actual black hole near the centre of the galaxy
So In my current play through I’m playing as the Soviet Union. I declared a Liberation war against my neighbour. The war was dragging on and not really going anywhere so I did a Status que. luckily a took control of a planet befor the peace treaty was made.
The dominant species on the planet was a Servile species. A few years later they embraced Xenophobia and enslaved the species in there space. No one is doing any Specialist or ruler jobs. There all workers.
the Servile Species only makes up 5 to 10% of the total population. My “Liberation” war is now actively cause the suffering of billions of people.
The funniest thing is that no one is technically running this chaotic mess of an empire. It sorta just exists.

love the cackling at the end.. Aspec's gone mad with power xD
2:41 Issac Arthur's mega structures video made that name drop a fun "Oh shit" moment. Its cool to see crazy somewhat less well known mega-structures like the Alderson disk in this mod. I am a bit peeved about the in game description saying "allowing for habitation on its upper surface" though, it doesn't have an 'upper' surface, its not using Terry Pratchett's disk world physics. Gravity is produced on the disk by a mix of sheer mass and spinning to keep things from crunching down into sphere. Both sides of an Alderson Disk feel gravity and are habitable.

You can build a penrose bomb already... but I think all it does when going off is shuffle the surrounding hyperlanes

King of the hill mode. One pklayer starts with the gun. The rest has the objective to survive and destroy the gun
It would be super cool to play a pacifist empire until you research the Quasi-Stellar Obliterator, embrace a militarist faction, build the hyperweapon, and suddenly obliterate the galaxy.
I was re educating myself on quasars today and came up with the idea of a quasar mass acceleration canon and was surprised ( mostly scared that my brain came up with this) that Stellaris was the only form of media that had this idea.
Side note though is that my idea function's around a structure smaller than the moon that generates it's own singularity ( can place in an ort cloud outside of a star system or in a gas giant for the fuel source) uses graviton accelerators and stabilizers because the amount of time to charge up a smbh for it to fire would be too long but if you force fed a lmbh matter it could hypothetically charge up at a rate infinitely faster compared to a smbh
But what happens if you use your quasi-stellar obliterator to quasi-stellar obliterate the quasi-stellar obliterator?

this is like DBZ escalations. But can you really go any further after you have the birch world with trillions of area of land to claim?
The mod dosnt work for me anymore even though it used to (the mod downloads but it runs like vannilla) its not outdated and it does this with no other mods and reinstall dosnt fix pls help (also if I ever do find out how to make it work is the birch world and quasi stellar obliterator mutually exclusive)

Hey there, just wanted to ask if you will one day release a ASpec Modpack and like diffrent versions of them, like a lite, normal and heavily modded version where the light one would only contain the must haves for example?
Even tho I´ve been searching and watching your vids I still cant find some of the mods there and just modpacks that work would overall be a great help.
