Dude! I bought one of those things and JKM showed me something I never realized: using it to rehinge the wrist post impact. Practiced with it yesterday a little and tried it on the course. Great instruction on the club face control at impact! Ben Hogan mentioned about it decades ago in his book about the supination of the leading wrist at impact! Nothing changed much. ; )

This is a great device. I noticed that delaying the hit until my left shoulder is higher than my right forces my hands to be more forward as well.

I got one for Christmas (given to myself 😜) .. takes some getting used to ... used it yesterday for the first time. Only time and practice will tell if I stop my loss of 10-15 yards on all shots due to flipping at/before impact. Interesting that I started losing yardage once I began S&T over a year ago. I'm striking the ball more consistently, but still have impact issues.
i have a glove type device with a rigid piece in it that keeps the right wrist bent back like that but i've never used it, will have to get it out and try it. the one you have seems to work really well but looks a bit medieval.

Will rolling the club face down defeat the purpose of the drill. What about just rotating ?

Is there a suggestion as to how much shaft lean should be made at impact? Is it the same for all clubs? Does the "built-in" shaft lean of the each club (each club being different) tell us how much lean should be attained at the moment of striking the ball?

So the right wrist stays bent and left wrist flat through impact, follow through, and finish?
I've ordered this as I'm really struggling at the moment with flipping a bit before impact but am I right in thinking the your right wrist and hand should end up flat after impact into the follow through.
Wouldn't this aid stop that from happening.
I'm confused big time I think 🤔
