I make my own just like this but I put them in my air fryer!!!! Easy and so good! But when I make them I make a lot and once they’re frozen, I put them in Ziploc baggies of six and it’s easy for the boys to throw them in the air fryer because they would burn themselves with oil 😳

small tip…but if not then 1 hand wet and 1 dry or you have a mess and disrupt any breading process…also season everything flour mix, egg mix and crumbs..doesnt need to be heavy just adds layers
Mrs. Natasha, Ma'am just a tip , "Frigo" brand string cheese sticks work great for this recipe, & homemade evoo/butter that is infused with grated garlic is great for dipping if you like a garlicky butter heated( evoo keeps the butter from browning/burning)

I use liter bags instead of bowls. I toss all my sticks at once in each bag. It speeds up the process.

Eggs, garlic,flour, cheese block, bread crumbs. That has to be like 12.00 at least for them.
People do NOT use Italian bread crumbs. They are way too fine and will not hold the cheese in. Use something like Panko.
Do you only use mozzarella, or other cheeses?
Mozzarella is the classic cheese used in these but you can experiment with other cheeses
