Hey Vic, I ran a route for Amazon for a whole week straight no issues. Booked the same route for the following week. The first day back on that route, that load was cancelled 150ft away from the gate!!! I got the 175 for it, but I’m sure you can guess how the rest of the story goes… suffice to say all the booked loads for the remainder of the week were cancelled right before the 2 hour mark they would not have to pay TONU. I took some time off running loads for Amazon after that, but tried again and they pulled same shenanigans. Went in cautiously booking only two in advance. The day came and lo and behold a few hours before scheduled pickup time the load gets cancelled. I was livid. I cancelled the next day’s load and just took the performance hit.

I can understand the mishap about the DOT number and even the load being canceled. But after that... apps closing out and over several pallets not getting scanned, tires getting slashed--that part sounding like an inside job.

It is improving but the Boise market did the same. Zero loads on the board and if there were, they weren’t worth booking. I had to quit and go OTR. Whole different world!

Wow that’s crazy! Sounds like that 3rd party company genuinely made a mistake and did their best to help you get going again. Still very alarming how that got by the fmcsa because there are so many security measures they technically should have needed to go through (1st would probably be the PIN that they probably didn’t know)
I haven’t seen good loads on the Amazon loadboard since January but the “Post A Truck” feature has given me loads almost every night I’ve used it.
At one of the facilities I go to Amazon has associates watching us now and asking what our process is when loading the truck (they want you to scan one pallet at a time then load it versus scanning everything at once and loading it later). And last, there are way more Amazon trucks and drivers now.

Amazon doesn’t look at the age of your truck. I’ve seen plenty of older models pull up. But for some brokers that’s a different story. ✌🏾

When they cancel your load it doesn’t affect the score it actually goes up a little bit if you attempt to do that load
Different type of cancellation, account suspension cancellation isn’t the same as an active account cancellation. That score dropping. Ask me how I know. 😳

It didn’t require a PIN # to download that form that was needed. They are supposed to check to make sure that name is listed as an agent of my company to make that type of decision. That didn’t happen. FMCSA was also at fault. But they pushed the error off on the third party company. It was both of them. 🤦🏾♂️

Hey Vic I have been trying to get Amazon to remove RTS as my factoring company off my bank account with I have emailed Amazon dozens of times why want Amazon change my banking information? And what can I do to correct this issue? I have been waiting over 3 months for Amazon to remove RTS off my account any help will be greatly appreciated!!!
Try reaching out to RMIS, Google them. They are Amazon Relays 3rd party onboarding company. You can also change your banking info in your relays account in the company info section but I wouldn’t advise that, it could hold up your payments indefinitely. Also find out who your Middle Mile partner manager (MMPM)is for your account, they may be able to assist you.
@@BiggVic yeah Vic I did change my banking information on the Relay and they emailed me back saying it takes 14 business days to change banking information that was over 2 months ago and they still hasn’t changed it but I will call RMIS

Did it impact your Amazon score? Although it was not your fault, because Amazon is so difficult to even reach somebody to get them to understand and work with you. I’m curious as to how did you handle the Amazon side of things so that you were no longer suspended? You certainly can’t go through the ROC never get a response from our Amazon Market Manager?
I had to file a dispute with the Amazon Performance department. I had to send all email correspondence from third party company to me in order to have the rejections overturned. Took about a week but I got my good score back.
