Im 26 , airforce veteran Security forces as well wow bro. He the homie already! Im trying to use My VA loan for investment properties stay for a year and rent them out. Each county gives you a VA max limit, here in NY its 1.2million so i plan on getting 2-400k duplexes so about 3-5 homes within my limit start building wealth. Legacy for our people is important 🙏🏽 big ups VIC im entering cdl school for free on behalf of veterans going to work for about 10-12 months after saving about 50k and buy my truck and leverage about 30 of that to start this business APPRECIATE THE FREE GAME YOU DOING GODS WORK. I work in Amazon warehouse in UK and we have specific 2 dock doors for these box vans with tailgates n i am interested to jump into this business n asked those box drivers many times how it works but nobody tells me anything , now i m tryin to gather information n stuck between amazon relay and amazon fright i mean in which one i need to register for just box vans loads not big trailers .

Honestly Bro… I’m terrified that I’ll make the investment and put in the work and still be living paycheck to paycheck without the benefits… Got a fam to take care of with no savings, been trying to get there by paying off the credit cards… Credit score is actually really good and I’ve done this kind of work… I drive a 26 foot 13’6 Isuzu with lift gate everyday on a route for Frito Lay so I’m familiar with DOT regulations, got the medical card, clean driving record and someone who will let me use their authority… Just scared to take that step and risk it all

Having a CDL will change you life. It’ll help generate a sufficient amount of cash flow to do what you really wanna do…if driving is not your long term goal. I see a lot of young black females driving semis. It’s probably not gonna be their retirement job but the 💰will help them open a business…buy a house or pay for college
