Kiki, with the salmon, i buy the longer thicker one, cut it in cubes, sprinkle soy sauce on and place it skin side up on parchment paper in the air fryer for 10 minutes, it makes the skin really crispy, delish! Also with the eton mess, instead of lemon curd, i add a pot of sugar free jelly, again, delish! Us greek girls that like our olive oil (!!), you can put it into a spray bottle and I think it's half a syn for 6 sprays, nicer than fry light. Good luck and well done xxx
