    Glad you have done a follow up video. I found your weight loss journey inspiring but this summer I have slipped in the wine daily and it has resulted in a mega gain. I would like to see some let's say just one weeks meals would be nice.

      I have slipped into that pattern, too. Not large amounts, but a glass every night. I do enjoy wine with dinner, but I think I will have to cut back to just a day or two.

    Brilliant video Cath, love your SW updates. I am a member of SW but I am my own worst enemy. To lose weight has always been my greatest wish and I’m brilliant at losing a stone and a half, I feel good but then I put it all back on which is where I’m at at the moment. I know I need to change my mind set x

    Great video Cath, hubby and I joined SW on 6th January and we've been target members for some weeks now. Love the food and our dishes taste so much better now. I've lost 18 kg and I love my clothes now. And most importantly I'm feeling great, no aches and pains and improved overall mood, bear in mind I'm 55 y.o. and not bothered by menopause now. I'm also very happy to see that SW works perfectly during menopause as this used to be my cheap excuse of not losing my belly fat 😊. Well done and keep up the good work! You look lovely and gorgeous! ❤❤❤

    I went from 90kg to 70kg a couple of years ago. I reached my goal but for some stupid reason didn't keep up with maintaining. I am now at 75kg and so disappointed with myself but still I'm not in the right mindset. This video has given me a bit of a kick up the bum thanks Cath!

    Thanks for sharing. My dad has been at SW target for a few years. He does a lot of walking etc to maintain the weight. I do SW, but I do some days have 2 HEB - I know you are only meant to have one a day, but it’s working, so will carry on lol 😂. I think SW just makes you plan your food more which is always good and makes healthier choices. 😊 I’ve done calorie counting before and I don’t know about you but I find it so stressful weighing and counting absolutely everything. I love the Take 5 books. I’ve just found one of my take 5 books today so looking for some recipes for this week. I can’t stand using loads of ingredients etc. I love ❤️ how you’re so honest. People blame the plan it’s not the plans fault. We’re all human I think mindset is key. At 46 I do find it harder than in my 20s and I was skinny back then. I’ll be happy at 12 stone as I am 5.10. I was 9 stone in my 20s but for me I didn’t look right as I have a big frame. You look amazing and you’re so inspiring. We’re going on holiday on 25th October. Just hope Spain is still sunny lol 😂. I hope you enjoy your meal out. I love 🥰 a good curry. Thank you for sharing as always. I love your channel xxxxx

    Hello Cath great info.I’m going SW.Doing ok put on a couple of lbs but still going most weeks.Need to be more disciplined,and not think oh this won’t do any damage but doing that week after week it does make a huge difference.Lost three stone need to lose another eight pounds and stop self sabotaging x

    I'm on target but im going start again to lose another stone and do it probley , I was 16 to 10 , but loseing my way so going strart again , soon as I see your viedo I put on , I watch all your old ones, good luck for your journey again, i would like to see what you eat in week or day

      @@litzaboyd2838 fruit and yoghurt for breakfast. A salad for lunch with some mini potatoes. Then salmon, rice and veg for dinner. No snacks. I can typically lose 2lb a week doing that when I’m at target and 3-4lb when I was actively losing x

      @@litzaboyd2838 usually a salad or soup with potato wedges, slimming world microwave meals or the Stagg vegan chilli with microwave rice is good.

      Yes, very. Plus it’s sustainable once you hit your target weight.
