Well done, it’s my first week back to slimming world after a 6 months break and I put on 6 lbs, need to lose a stone in 6 weeks and this has completely motivated me. Just a little bit confused on the vegan/ vegetarian thing though, when you have been eating fish and eggs, from your video I would say you are pescatarian as not to confuse anyone. You have done amazing and your post is very inspiring thank you 😊

I love SlimmingWorld and watching people like you x I was 12Stone 2. I’m now at target. 9 stone give or take. I’m so obsessed that when I get my shopping in I stand with my sticker book and physically write down how many syns each item is and stick it on the tin or whatever 😂 My Son came round and said what does that mean 1 syn on the spaghetti tin 🤣🤣

My goal weight is around 12 stone. I’m 5.10 though. You’ve done really well. I’ve upped my exercise a lot too. Only thing I need to do more weights. I know what you mean - I’d have soup with 2 buttered bread rolls too. It’s not terrible like you say, but slimming world makes you think and plan a lot more. Yes I drink Friday Saturday and Sunday too. But occasionally when the weather is nice I drink. That’s my main downfall. Xxxx
