These look great! I just ate your mushroom spinach egg bites this morning and am glad to have doubled it for meal prep this week. So tasty. Can’t wait to make these chickpea patties

Thanks for great ideas and beautiful inspiration. I brought your orange cranberry sauce to Thanksgiving and it was a hit!

Great ideas. I bet as an extension of your chick pea burgers you could add some lemon juice, garlic and tahini and have Hummus burgers. Love your channel.

Can you show us how you store your herbs? You mentioned having them in the refrigerator?

Ah yes! I wash them first, then put them in a glass jar with about a cup of water. They store for at least a week in the fridge! Saves me so much 💚

I love your videos!! Quick tip: Garbanzo beans and cheek peas are the same thing. One is the name in Spanish and the other is the name in English. 😊

Quick question, in most of your recipes you use coconut sugar. My husband is allergic to coconut. As a nutritionist, what other sweetener would you recommend instead?

That’s a great question, I’m glad you asked! The perfect sub for coconut sugar is sucanat, which is unrefined cane sugar. Then the next best is just raw cane sugar, which is still less processed but not “unrefined”. Sucanat looks like this: amzn.to/4gE5YkY

I have been making chicken & so many of my proteins in my Crock Pot. Such tender & juicy results for hardly any effort👌. That 1st recipe looked extra yummy, thanks for sharing these.💌
