- You can learn how to Make an Infinity Scarf from Ruffle Yarn with this DIY tutorial video. Hi I'm Donna Wolfe from Naztazia. I'll show you how to make an easy infinity scarf with just your fingers or a crochet hook and some yarn. I'm using ruffle yarn in this video, but you can also use ribbon yarn, 2 strands of bulky weight yarn, super bulky weight yarn, or 3 strands of worsted weight yarn.

I was always wondering how to use this type of yarn, now I can't wait to get some and make this Scarf. Thank you for your tutorial.
Thank you so much for your sites here. My grandmother gave me her crochet hooks many years ago now that I have retired I have relearned what she taught me many years ago with the help of your visual instructions thank you so very much
Thank you for your kindness! Glad the video could help :)
This is AWESOME! I made two of them in under one hour! Thank you!
You are a great teacher 💎 🙏
Hello Naztazia! You have made so many wonderful video's and I have made some of the things right along with you. My question is this, on you website you have a very lovely red circle jacket you made. Was wondering if you were going to make a video of how to make. Would be lovely to have you to crochet along with. Thank you for your time.

hi you make it look easy
woow .great ideas , thanks
Naztazia ..... If I want to make this chained scarf with a couple of colors of bulky weight yarn (like Hometown USA, by Lion Brand) ... do you happen to know ... or could you guess about how many yards of each yarn it would take to make a 15 foot scarf? Thank you for this video!
This is so lovely, thanks for the tasteful idea. (Dec.8/15)
@MinecraftBro1234 Awesome! Glad the video could help!

Do you use the whole skein?
I did with this particular scarf.
naztazia thank you. I have learned so much from you.
Your tutorial was one of the best I've ever seen!! Quick and to the point without the extra chatter that others seem to waste time on. Thanks again...will be coming back for more.
Düğüm atıp bagladiginiz uçlara Renkli Büyük Boncuk geçirip önde bırakmanız hava katar Güzel olmuş ellerinize sağlık .
I love everything you share, it's so much fun to do.. Thank you!!!
chantle joe Thank you for your kindness!
How many skeins of yarn does it take to make this infinity scarf ? I have Wool - Ease Thick & Quick yarn & I doubled the thickness using 2 skeins but not sure if I will need more yarn to complete this scarf. I bought this yarn three years ago so the colors won't match if I were to try to buy more. Thank you & I love your video's.
Can u do a video on red heart free pattern LW2777 , the with hope scarf,...I'm having trouble with row 4... I get there n can't get it. It's a pattern dedicated to breast cancer survivors n I wanted to give out a few to some survivors I know for Christmas... Can someone help? Can u please do a video on this pattern
OMG I just inherited quite bit of breast cancer ribbon yarn and had no idea how to make a non ruffle scarf. I hate those! Now I have the instructions to do this and I am forever grateful!!!!
thank you for your videos Donna, i've been watching quite a few the past week or so when i decided to finally give in and try crocheting again. i went and bought some yarn and a hook and tried to follow some videos tonight. my biggest problem is holding the working yarn tight enough in my left hand so the stitches come out right. Can you show in a video the best way to hold, or a few different suggestions? i have tried so many different ways and none work for me. thank you in advance.
Thank you so much for the extra helpful . I've been looking. For with my yarn
So beautiful and simple. I'm a beginner and recently decided I wanted to try crochet. I'm so happy I found your RUclips page. You certainly make it look fun & easy! Thank you so much!

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had no idea what else to do with my extra yarn! Now I have a project!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AWESOME!
Christmas present sorted. Thank you x
Wonderful - glad the video could help :)
Thank you. Great tutorial . I actually didn't use it as a scarf, I used it as a strap for my phone case.
I purchased a skein of Boutique Trio Yarn before Christmas. The loops were so small I could not see well enough to make a sashay scarf per the instructions, so I tucked it away until I could return it. Now I have a beautiful scarf using your video. I love this idea !!!! Now I have a quick start on next years projects. Many Thanks.
Wonderful! Thank you for stopping by and for your kindness :)
Love, love your video. I usually make the ruffle scarfs with this yarn. I make t-shirt scarfs too and I think I will use some of that technique with this. I usually make a wrap around of the ends about 4 inches long and put that to the side on the front. Now I know what to do with all the sashay yarn I have in my stash.
WOW so quick and easy great for kids also to make, will be doing this with my little granddaughters they will love it! Thank you for sharing! Liz x
I love you so much. .pls learn me how to make square poncho
I made this today and I don't like it, it does not lay right. You have to fuss with it every single time you put it on, it's too much of a pain. Now I have all this Sashay yarn that I cannot return because I got it on clearance, and I don't know what to do with it. I also do not like the ruffle scarves that are made with this yarn. I made one of those too -- just don't like it. What can I do with all this yarn I have. Any ideas out there?
Kim L Did you tie it in the back? That helps keep it in place so you do not need to fuss with it. Also I have a ruffle yarn purse, which you can use the yarn with: DIY Learn To Crochet Ruffle Yarn Purse - Sashay, Starbella, Ruffles
Bellisimo y facil. gracias por estos videos.
Many moons ago I learned to finger crochet. I've never used a hook, and haven't gone beyond. I'm left-handed and everyone thinks that it's hard for a lefty to learn to knit or crochet. The thing is, most lefties do things right-handed if never told it's right-handed. My mom (RIP), finally taught me to knit when I was 32 years old. I told her to just sit by me and let me mimic her. I did and then she showed me how to add stitches, decrease stitches, and the basics of knit and purl. I thank God that she taught me to knit, and now I continue to learn and teach myself new stitches and try more intricate patterns. She was never a crocheter, but I guess I can teach myself, thanks to all the tutorial videos here on RUclips. Thanks for sharing!!!!
Corina, Love the comment! I too am a left-handed finger crocheter. It's nice to hear the sweet story of you and your mom and how she taught you how to knit :) Those are memories that can now live on in your knitting projects! ;)
Thank you! I try to pass on what I know to my girls and friends that want to know about knitting. I know my mom is smiling down on me. :)
So easy...I got tired of the ruffled scarves.....this is really cool. And I have tons of regular yarn also and use 3strands....TFS. Bless ya.
Awesome! Definitely a good alternative to ruffle scarves. Some people put a large button or a crochet flower off to one side too - increasing the number of looks you can get from this pattern :)
I tried this yesterday, and now I'm hooked. I have made 3 and working on the 4th.. thank you! !!
luvmorrisey20 Awesome! They are definitely fun. I find myself making one in every color ;)
Thanks so much for this. Finally have what to do with those ruffle yarn skeins I have from several years ago!

Looks great! And easy too.
But I'm not sure I have three balls of yarn that looks that much alike..
J W Thanks :)
I could not find the written pattern on your website
nice video!! and do you know how to make a scarf with thin yarn by finger knitting??
I only have a thin yarn and I couldn't find a video showing it please make a video of that~~
강윤지 Finger knitting is perfectly fine with thin yarn. All that will happen is the tube created will be thinner. If you prefer a thicker look, you might want to hold 2 or 3 strands of thinner yarn together.
Thanks for telling me ^^
Coooool! ! !

These are two separate chains?
Hi - it's one big chain tied together at the ends, wrapped around the neck several times, then tied together in the back to keep the loops from coming out.
