This apartment looks much better than the ones I seen costing five times as much, I used to work in the area and it’s extremely nice and safe to walk around and there is lots of security around if you need help with anything.
Is a nice development and love the pool area and the balcony but location wise, I prefer Wood Wharf. Nicer area since I used to stay at The Vertus with my partner for 2 years.
Nice apartment but the square induction hob looks out of proportion with the island. It needs to bigger and rectangular, not square. It looks odd because it’s too small. Why cheap-out on a nice space. Why do developers do this?

Main door opens into the kitchen!! Thank God it doesnt open into the toilet. LOL.
