Very impressed by the use of space. For such a small apartment, this was well laid out - especially the kitchen and bathroom. This is also great for someone needing a city apartment or even a student.

Nice apartment but the square induction hob looks out of proportion with the island. It needs to bigger and rectangular, not square. It looks odd because it’s too small. Why cheap-out on a nice space. Why do developers do this?

Is a nice development and love the pool area and the balcony but location wise, I prefer Wood Wharf. Nicer area since I used to stay at The Vertus with my partner for 2 years.

depressing interior

..........a mix of love and hate regarding this penthouse, I love the overall spaciousness of this property but not a fan of the mix of mid-century and modern furniture. Although it's done to a high specification I find the kitchen almost an afterthought and gives off a feeling of it being hidden away...........the appliances speak for themselves, gorgeous. The bathrooms are almost minimalistic which I find cold, especially the small bathroom with the pedestal sink........ah no. :) Also, the way they've kitted out the beds seem very strange to me, not warm and inviting...........I personally like the crisp appearance that all white sheets offer......you can keep the bright red and grey. The shower is like no other, really brilliant, I could spend a whole day in there. Usually I'm not a big 'deck' person but the outside space in this penthouse is outstanding, larger than 2 to 3 times the size of my condo. The views are both breathtaking and stunning as they look over the city. How lucky are the people who reside in this penthouse.

Been seeing some crazy 10-15mil penthouses in London, this for its location, accessibility as well that huge terrace is unreal value (for london standards of course, in general still pretty darn ridiculous).

Good value for money, even though it's a leasehold. Service charges are forever increasing would be a slight concern.
