I just watched a £17 million belgravia penthouse for sale and i prefer this one. The view of the Thames 😍knocks all other views out of the ballpark! The use of colour in the decoration makes it feel warm and more of a home. I like this presenter, she is good at her job and wears normal shoes.
This home has to have one of the most incredible views in London. There may be areas that sell for the location (Mayfair, Notting Hill) where the views are often of the local streets or back of a neighboring building. But I'd take panoramic views of the city and the river any time, especially those of London in the evening!

This is one of the best I’ve seen in London. The marble flooring is incredible. And I live on the balcony, because of the views. I’d get rid of the pink cabinets. Also the glass cabinets would have to go. I’d have bar stools to keep it relaxed. But I love it. Thank you XIU XIU for a wonderful tour.

Your presentation is outstanding. The only let down in this property is the size of fridge and freezer. Other than that, it is the best property of this channel.
It is a fantastically well done apartment. The choice of kitchen colours (light pink + bronze + white marble) is particularly good taste, and positioning all the bathroom taps on the wall avoids the London hard water accumulation issues. However, the smallish FF is not the only error. Just one small washer dryer for a large apartment probably with staff/guests is ridiculous. That machine will probably be running all the time (then breaking down). It needs a tumble dryer which can dry clothes in 30% the time of a washer dryer, and also empties the washing machine ready for another load. Also, perhaps considering how big the kitchen is they could have put the dishwasher at a more convenient height - but that could cause aesthetic problems. But you can see that this apartment is actually worth the price.
I watch a number of similar type property videos on utube, but I have to say, yours is without doubt the best! Fun and professional … a joy to watch. Only thing missing is perhaps an overview of costs i.e. service charges …. And of course, the cash my end to buy it 🤣

Great apartment occupying the entire floor, great views and well worth the money. The angular building gives great unobstructed views over the Thames towards Big Ben. Great covered balcony attached to the dining room. The two primary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies with different views are superb. Albert Embankment gives nearby access to Vauxhall station (500 meters) and a little dog park. Great walks along the southbank pedestrian walkway. Lots of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The facilities are nice as well with gym, large indoor pool, large cinema room and my favorites pool table and bowling lane.
One of the best apartments ive seen along there. would love the top floor but for the money it's sublime it just makes you think. If only. Thanks again. : )
I was thinking if i won the lottery, i would buy an 3.5 million apartment in London. However, this apartment worth the extra investment. The views, the layout, amenities, size! It's perfect! Also, the way this video showed the apartment is a plus!

It's a good design and beautiful apartment. I find it quite expensive given the space for the price. I liked the master bed rooms. But it could have been much better. Kitchen lacks natural ventilation as it does not have cross vent... over all a good daylight apartment.
Very good indeed. Two points I would have liked to know? Method of hearing the floors? Electric, heat pump, gas boiler? Matters as gas boilers no longer available after 2025 so if it can’t be repaired……what provision has been Made for alternative heat source. Secondly, what’s the annual service charge and taxe? Please no one say that if you can afford it you don’t have to ask. . Only people with no money say that. Wealthy people always want details. That’s how they get so rich in the first place! Other than that it was a great presentation.

It’s sold now, probably to some overseas buyer who’ll hardly if ever live in it. They’re beautiful though. They want to redevelop the lfb hq into luxury flats. There’s only so many super rich in London. Most of these flats are empty or rented out.
She wasn’t selling the unit….she was allowing us to experience living in the unit. Great presentation and awesome unit!

Love the penthouse, the only negative thing is the size of the fridge. It's a bit small for an apartment that size and price.
could be bigger but again, you can also fit a bigger fridge in after moving in.
