Side bar: I really don’t like the newer models with circuit boards. Prefer the old timer control. One brand has a breaker behind kick plate that’s advantageous. Check the control side of the relay that powers the motor. Likely it is open and the armature is not engaging the main terminal. If you replace the board save old one for parts or possible replacement of bad relay. Was 12 v dc present at relay ? All things to consider.

Board is bad because it blew a relay that controls the voltage supply to the wash pump motor
