I feel like the reason that everyone loves Cristine and Bens relationship is because they are such a realistic and healthy relationship which we don't see much of. We see such over the top relationships but in reality a good relationship is one where you can live a normal life and have a lot of fun with each other.

I think it should rather be looked at that you two are a good example of a healthy couple. You two communicate well and often talk about real issues. And remember, not everyone has real world influence they can look at. So at least they have you two.
This x100! A lot of people put their relationships onto the internet and highlight all the cute moments, but Ben and Cristine show an almost unapologetic, realistic version of themselves while still being very healthy and communicating and also sharing advice for all of us. They aren't a perfect couple, and they're not the "cutest" couple, but it's so obvious how much they love and respect each other, and that is such a great example for everyone out here about what a healthy relationship should look like. That's why so many people look up to their relationship. A lot of people either have a single parent in their life, divorced parents, or parents who constantly argue and fight, so like you said, not everyone can have a good influence in their real lives, so it's wonderful to be able to see Ben and Cristine and know what love is supposed to be.

I'm an adult (y'all are a couple years older than me) and like I live with my boyfriend and all that. I think people recognize that ypur relationship is genuine. The fact that you don't try to play up the romance and treat each other like best friends is the appeal.

The photoshop surgeon makes their faces fit the “perfect” or “scientifically most attractive” model for a face, I think it proves more so that usually people don’t look perfect or better when they conform to that standard

Ben and Cristine are good role models and "relationship goals" though, especially for those of us who haven't gotten to see many positive relationships or role models throughout our lives.
They're showing their viewers that its good to be friends with your partner, its normal to disagree, and how to go about that in a healthy manner, and to listen and communicate.
They both break down stereotypes (them both not wanting kids, Cristine enjoying working, Ben not being scared to wear nail polish or make up, Cristine wearing what makes her happy, etc.)
I know its not their aim to be role models, but they are.

I honestly think that the perfect face channel kind of illuminates how silly the idea of symmetrical beauty and perfection is. The template they use is considered to be the "perfect" face, and yet when they morph the face of whomever they're focusing on, it doesn't end up looking perfect, it looks alien, and it emphasizes that even the "perfect" face is a complete fiction.

Reasons why Cristine and Ben can be seen as a "goals" couple: :They clearly love and respect each other. They make each other laugh. They can discuss serious and intelligent topics without fighting, even if they respectfully disagree. They are relaxed with each other. They do things together (life, work, and fun times). AND realistically because we don't see ALL of their relationship, and only see what they choose to put online. That said, unlike many people with an online presence, they seem like very genuine people, and are most probably very much like what we see. We stan a good strong couple.

Honestly, I love Ben's idea of a tutorial for French tips in French. I would watch it just because you put it up, but if you want to add more... Holly Daugherty people with symmetrical faces are considered more beautiful but the whole "perfect face" has so many eurocentric features. beauty is subjective and there shouldn't be a "perfect face" no matter how scientific you can get with the features because we can all clearly see the template is just a caucasian woman's face. there's nothing wrong with people that have this face but i just don't want it to people to think that having eurocentric features is the only way to look perfect, you know?
