I have been using this m2 purifier since August 2023. So far there has been no issue. I'm totally loving it. Best thing is the quality and taste of water which is absolutely great. I have connected it to the app and currently it's showing TDS 56 which is excellent. Filter health is now 98-99% as I'm using it from 5 months. Customer service is also great. They help immediately via phone call. Ab August 2025 tak no tension about drinking water. I strongly recommend this purifier 😍.

if there is a power cut does the buttons work?
no. if there is a power cut you can not dispance water from it. even the water in the 8 L tank cant be dispanced. if you have power cut problem M1 with copper is good option it has the same filters and only has 1 problem which is it cannot be connected with the app. but I don't consider it a problem.

Don’t buy it please. Trust me I purchased 3 months back now there is issue in Machine and I am not in metro city... I raised issue on feb 6 till now the issue is not fixed. no proper technician has been assigned.. and worst part is customer care they don’t know ticket history every time I need to explain.
