Very nice video. I am confused between M2 and M1 with copper. M1 with copper comes with 10 stages of purification. Other than App tracking and water dispensing is there any difference between the two?

It's available in urban areas. Information should have been given if it's available for tier 2 and tier 3 cities and villages. Because V guard comes even to villages.
For the M2 model, there is an app which will tell us if a filter needs to be changed. But for the M1 model, how to know if the filter needs to be changed or not?

Bro very less TDS like 36 is also not good for you. It should ideally stay between 50 to 100 and less than 300 is drinkable water. Read the WHO article about this.
It is not just about TDS but also about QUALITY of water Plus boring water can reach 400-500+ TDS.

I bought native M1 from flipkart. Delivery was made just in 2 days. Its been 10 days from delivery. They are not in a position to provide professional. The service team simply make calls and inquire whether professional visited or not. They least bother our concern, instead gave waste suggestions to return the product. I feel regretting buying the product. Dont trap for their fake advertising.

Such a bad experience with the Urban company. Ironically the company which main business model is to provide quality service, is not able to fullfill it's own product dilvery and installation.
1) I order their water purifier first of all it took 4 days to dilver in comparison Amazon retailer was dilvering it in 1 day.
2) It's literally so difficult to reach the coustomer support, as every fuc_ing time they are busy. And they will response after 5,6 hr. And end the chat within few mins.
3) It's been 3 days the dilvery is done, yet no one has arrived to install. They have rescheduled it twice now again they are asking to reschedule it again after 4 days.
What is the maintainance cost after 2 years??
only 4600 rs for AMC and that too for another next 2 years. i have just ordered and will get it onn tuesday.. i have searched a lot then decided to buy this one so go for it..
