I am from south Indian which is Nellore district Totally 3 days gone still not visit service engineer. Today called me and he told there is necessary to buy the water booster pump which is cost around 2500-2700 INR . The reason tank must be 15 feets height to your home (Tap)according to his knowledge 😅😂. I asked him without my water tap pressure didn't check & didn't arrived my home . how we can decide in phone call 😂. He told i.e mandatory for which top floor staying persons . After booster pump confirm to purchase than he told we came 48 hours to arrange the installation 😂😂😂. Totally disappointed these stage . I don't know in future any problem cane they how can deal with all customers or problems
Such a bad experience with the Urban company. Ironically the company whose main business model is to provide quality service, is not able to fulfill its own product delivery and installation. 1) I ordered their water purifier first of all it took 4 days to diliver, in comparison the Amazon retailer was deliverying it in 1 day. 2) It's literally so difficult to reach the customer support, as every fuc_ing time they are busy. And they will respond after 5,6 hr. And end the chat within a few mins. 3) It's been 3 days since the delivery is done, yet no one has arrived to install. They have rescheduled it twice now again they are asking to reschedule it again after 4 days.
Don't buy this product,Urban company response is too poor .they don't care customer satisfaction,I purchased purifier 1 month back and since 10 days struggling to get service as purifier stopped working even within one month and 10 days passed with no resolution by Urban company...worst product to buy

TDS Fluctuations from the very first day of installation. Water leakage And the most disgusting thing i.e. their customer support. U have to call almost 10 to 15 times to make a visit of technician.very poor response received from their side. My suggestion, don't go for that. I don't know is the problem exists in my particular machine or with all . But they should resolve the issue in which they failed to deliver.
