From what i can see, your monitor is way too high, you might have neck strain looking up for a long period of time, it should be on your eye level. I use a monitor arm for my 27 inch 1440p display, that has saved me from a lot of neck strains.

Setup looks clean. I’d advice taking the monitor out of the monitor riser. The top half of the monitor should align with your eye else you are going to get neck strain over the long run. A monitor arm would be the best the save space on the desk while keeping your posture correct. If arm is not feasible then just get rid of the monitor riser

I want to change my desk setup to something clean like this, but the gargantuan amount of files i have spread out on my desk don't allow that 😅 can you suggest a good Windows laptop that will last me a long time? Under 1 lakh will be comfortable. No HP please.

One question, from the link you provided, I noticed that the monitor is 27 inches and still just fhd, not even qHD or 4k. Doesn't that drop the pixel density way too much? I've heard that FHD is okay only till 22 or at most 24 inch monitor. Is fhd enough for 27 inches?
i think for normal office work it should be okay, normally for 27 2k or 4k is the best if u do things apart from office work, as price difference is more for higher models

i am curious to know about your monitor, as you said you are using 1080P 27" monitor for mac mini. does it make any difference (downgrade) because MacBooks screen are high resolution at least 2k with high PPI. I want to know because i am considering same BenQ GW2790 27" monitor for my M1 AIR (Newer version 100Hz).
Altho i can manage my budget to there 25K GW2790 QT monitor with 2K resolution. but i read somewhere in reviews about its USB type C Power Delivery is causing damage to MacBook type C port because of un- authorised charger. and i don't want to take this risk.
Let me know your thought or anyone who have experience please share some advise.
I didn’t face any issue with 27” 1080p monitor. I use an Anker USB C hub (then I use an HDMI cable). So yeah you can go for 27” 1080 monitor from BenQ
He also upgraded his cameraman btw.🙂

Looks like you are living materialistic life dont you afraid to spending entire life on laptop and camera continuosly creating video to earn money and then purchase chair monitor this vicious cycle is too dangerous when the last day arrive than it will hit.
