Great advice just ended off my high school career this year at the age of 18. Knowing I want to become an entrepreneur but having no cash to start off, you explain how to go about doing so. You give real advice. The rest of the RUclipsrs don't explain how to get from point A-Z. This is the kind of info i've been looking for for years, most of the programs ive gotten into before or people i listened to were simply selling fluff in the form of programs, designed toward the middle class mindset's desire for instant wealth and freedom from the grind, which is an illusion, i see it now very clearly. There is no free lunch there is only skill building and then the offering of YOUR true value to the world. This takes real work to learn the skills and develop the proper mindset, and then the ability to work smarter with those abilities. .

Badass video. I'm nowhere near Bentley level but I have broken 6 figures for 5 years now. My key skill, which I mastered to a high level, was "teaching [a specialized high value niche]." After that I've worked on 2) content marketing, 3) team-building, 4) online advertising, and 5) product creation. These aren't just for money, I'm also REALLY interested in all of them. You've made me realize I'm trying to do too many skills at once - ALL of those are very high-value, but I'm spreading myself too thin. I'll try to focus more in the future and I think that will accelerate my growth if I master one high-value skill at a time. When they're all at a high level of mastery I KNOW I'll be crushing it. I have been a Loss Prevention, Undercover Investigator and have found that when I start to talk to people reference ,’Holes’ that I can help them close which would help them not only save money but bring in more clientes they get excited. I just finish talking to a Law Firm in Phoenix. As we were speaking about another matter, I chimed in and asked if their law firm helped in Credit Repair, once he stated yes, I was off and running. I never thought that he would give me his Managers information. I will make contact with him, and I will give him some pointers and if he bites, which I am sure that through this Pandemic they will bite, because all have lost money. When I get through this manager and close a commission based deal or a monthly deal, and when I see the numbers coming in and the percentage of people calling in, then I would open up negotiations ref: A exclusive contract. I only thought of this a month ago, due to over 18 surgeries that I have been blessed to win. What do you think. Have subbed.

I don’t think I’m someone who necessarily wants to run my own business (at least not yet) but I’m not entirely shut down on the idea. Money Mitch if you consider yourself a seasoned professional charge by the half hour. People respect trainers who charge more if you can actually produce the desired results. $70 to $100 per hour per client is the sweet spot. Alil less for group training. Obviously if you build your image and become a fitness celebrity you can charge waaayyyy more.

In the same way you say you need to solve your customer's problem to close a sale, so do you need to solve your own problems to keep succeeding and never fail. Facing your mistakes must be done quickly and you need to overcome the emotion of failure to get to the truth of where you are going wrong. Then you can start making these areas in your life right. Success should become paramount after that.

I always believe that the way we are and see the things, we get connected with same kind of people. some less, some more. you say high income skill, I use to say learn to grow in life. learning is something which never ends and it shouldn't be in fact.
As an exotic entertainer, I see a lot of parallels between any other sales job and stripping. The main difference is that as a dancer, not only just you sell the product but you ARE THE PRODUCT! Selling yourself is a skill I’m still struggling with. It isn’t just about how you look. There are some frumpy and grumpy ass girls that consistently make $1000 a night. Can’t dance for shit and smell like cigarettes. 😩 I struggle with keeping my self worth separate from my actual earnings. I am actively trying to improve myself, stay realistic but also exude optimism amongst my co-hos haha I believe that the success of everyone in a place like that relies on some level of team work even though it is primarily an individual “hustle” so to speak. One issue I ya e is getting past “No” or “maybe later” when I tell the customer where we are to dance. I don’t give him the option of dancing. I just tell him that we have room A or Room B. Let me tell you something, there is NO REASON for a room full of guys to tell me NO in a place like that. I am polite but I am also full of character and personality. I can also say that I am really attractive but I suppose that is subjective. Perhaps I do not remind these guys enough of their moms. 👎 Or their daughters..gross Dan, is there anyway you can do a video on this? How to sell YOURSELF as a product?

People respect trainers who charge more if you can actually produce the desired results. $70 to $100 per hour per client is the sweet spot. Alil less for group training. Obviously if you build your image and become a fitness celebrity you can charge waaayyyy more.

Facing your mistakes must be done quickly and you need to overcome the emotion of failure to get to the truth of where you are going wrong. Then you can start making these areas in your life right. Success should become paramount after that.

you say high income skill, I use to say learn to grow in life. learning is something which never ends and it shouldn't be in fact.
As an exotic entertainer, I see a lot of parallels between any other sales job and stripping.
The main difference is that as a dancer, not only just you sell the product but you ARE THE PRODUCT! Selling yourself is a skill I’m still struggling with.
It isn’t just about how you look. There are some frumpy and grumpy ass girls that consistently make $1000 a night. Can’t dance for shit and smell like cigarettes. 😩
I struggle with keeping my self worth separate from my actual earnings. I am actively trying to improve myself, stay realistic but also exude optimism amongst my co-hos haha I believe that the success of everyone in a place like that relies on some level of team work even though it is primarily an individual “hustle” so to speak.
One issue I ya e is getting past “No” or “maybe later” when I tell the customer where we are to dance. I don’t give him the option of dancing. I just tell him that we have room A or Room B. Let me tell you something, there is NO REASON for a room full of guys to tell me NO in a place like that. I am polite but I am also full of character and personality. I can also say that I am really attractive but I suppose that is subjective. Perhaps I do not remind these guys enough of their moms. 👎 Or their daughters..gross
