    Let’s hope we get a better Asus out of this drama. They have good products and we need good after sales follow through

    I'm surprised you think having no power supply for an entire month is a positive experience. Did you have a backup power supply for that time? Could you imagine if you had to RMA your work PC's main component and it wasn't a super obvious simple fix and it took even longer? it would be crazy!
    At least you got your component fixed and they didn't give you a hassle or charge you anything!

      Yes I have a couple spares. If you dont and had to wait for a work PC or whatever yea that would suck.
      To be fair I'm not entirely sure what the process would be like with other companies. I haven't dealt with such an issue before.
      Would a company like Seasonic for example just ship you a replacement right after you make a call and take you at your word? Or would they want to inspect the damaged product first and than send you a replacement?

    My Asus Rog strix 750w power supply is also not working i contact Asus by email they say we arrange replacement and send me e mail on 1/ July/ 2024 and I am waiting for my replacement power supply hope they send me new one

      What was wrong with it? The way my emails were worded implied that they'd try to fix or that I may get a refurbished unit but yeah a new one is obviously ideal.

      @@TerraWare I don't know what happened to PSU I was playing resident evil 4 remake in my pc and there was power cut and when power came back I turned on pc my pc doesn't boot when see then I realised there is no power in motherboard my motherboard is Asus Rog strix b550 f gaming wifi . I took out PSU and tried to check it by shorting 4and 5 pin in 24 pin but PSU don't start 😞 then I confirm that my PSU is gone. Asus send me email that we have dispatched your replacement PSU on 1/July/ 2024 and it's 4/July 2024 I didn't receive any email or replacement 😑 and i still don't know only my PSU have problem or motherboard or other components too 💀

      @@TransverseTech So did Asus say they are sending a replacement when you first called them to tell them your PSU is dead? Or did they say you have to mail to them first, than they troubleshoot it and than they either fix it or send a replacement.
      For me I had to send it than they would examine it and if it cant be repaired they'd send me another one. Luckily I had another 1000 watt EVGA spare PSU because it took about a month for me to get my new one.

      ​@@TerraWare first i visited all Asus Authorize service centre in my city without calling Asus no-one helped me than last service centre employee says we don't deal with psu and tell to call Asus toll free no I was dumb 😅 because in my country (india)Asus doesn't provide psu repair service then I call Asus and Asus I get a e mail id from Asus call and then I e mailed them and they just say please provide image of motherboard all four side ,invoice and some other information like address and mobile number. I didn't understand if I had problem with psu then why they asked for motherboard image 🤡 .
