      Its not for everyone the same bc everyone has other weekness in these or those area but in general hip flexor!!!, quads, hams, ankle calves & adductor !

    What about using creatine , when to use before or after workouts , and why you do 2 workouts within 3-4hours , did you do that to let body rest for the rest of the day to be prepared for tomorrow workouts ?

    Keep up the good work! Just a suggestion- try to make rest between training a bit longer if you want to maximize the benefits of each practice. the rest should be at least 4-5 hours between trainings.

      It's practically impossible to look up and not hit the cones so according to me I'd suggest looking down only while doing these cone drills

    Hey Stefan, nice videos!! Could you please advise me a good meal before go training or even a match? I am getting trouble because my matchs e training are in the morning and i not sure what type of meal i should have as i dont have too much time between wake up and time to go, it is about 2 hours only.       i do dry toast and a banana or maybe a granola bar about an hour before i play

      it really depends on the person and how far out you eat but generally you want carbs that are quick digesting (white rice, mashed sweet potato with cinnamon, most light fruits, but i prefer apples, coconut water) , then have a carb while you're working out too - what i mean is something like a homemade "powerade" or just buy a powerade or something coconut water with a little bit of salt in it... the salt helps you retain water and help with dehydration
      avoid fats pre workout, they slow digestion down

    I see you like to eat lots of fruits, definitely something I need to do to. Another thing I noticed is you don't have a crazy amount of carbs, I feel so lazy/tired when I don't get lots of carbs in me.
