Looks very delicious chef! We have a biryani pot at home, Hawkins triply, which I use to make all kinds of vegetarian rice and gravy dishes. Can hold 5kgs of food. I will make the kuska in it. Perhaps add some more vegetables too since I like beans and cauliflower as well. I think it will take about 10min for all the water to boil down and for the rice to cook since there is no pressure cooking in a biryani pot.
