Ensuring Access to Clean Water, Sanitation and Hygiene in Flood-Affected Communities in Pakistan

IOM’s Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) teams are ensuring the provision of safe drinking water and sanitation facilities in flood-affected communities in Pakistan.
To date, IOM WASH teams have reached 241,418 people in 581 villages in Sindh, Balochistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces through the distribution of hygiene and dignity kits, construction and repair of latrines, hygiene promotion activities, and restoration of 751 water supply systems.
