Same process , ingredients ...just omit or skip the eggs...me am using one can of condensed milk so no need for sugar and liquid milk ...turns out fluffy and smooth in texture,

Hi Rsprime, This particular cake is quite large and it requires the mentioned amount of sugar. As it is semolina cake adding sugar syrup at the end is an important step as it makes the cake softer. If you feel it is too much sugar for you however you can skip the sugar I added in the egg mixture but sugar syrup has to be added at the end. Lemon gives nice flavour + it stops the sugar from crystallising so I would recommend to add a little amount of lemon juice every time you handle sugar syrup. Hope that helps :) happy baking
