Do note that real kamikaze planes were loaded with dynamite, excess fuel, and other explosives to maximize damage, many never even carried ammo for their final mission (dedicated kamikaze poilots that is). Edit: that is dumb that it did no little damage though.
If you are ok with bending your rules a little then I recommend that you use a bomber. Specially when on the mountain map with a name I can’t remember at the moment. Your best shot is with the mosquito bomber well on the British. Once you get the plane head over to the German spawn where there is a AA gun. If it is not manned when you fly by just get a few kills and then go back. After that if you are hit you should get repaired and fly close to the mountain tops where when you get to the German spawn you can hit the AA gun head on with a bomber. (Note I have done this myself so it can be done)
