I love this Tea Time. You both are oozing with love and compassion for each other. I have high anxiety and depression. I’m also an empath which is not healthy. I’m a work in process. Love to you both.
Thanks for sharing your experience with mental health issues, and your opinions on this topic. Enjoyed the video...true the mood shifts are so powerful, and for people to still think people are acting up, is really an ugly part of the societyy we find ourselves in.
Social emotional learning is a huge deal in schools now. I focus on the mental well being of my kindergarten students. I give them ten mins a day to draw and write their emotions freely. Some share out and some don’t (which is a form of sharing as well). We do community circles as well and roses and thorns. Todays children are so emotionally open. It’s an amazing thing to see
I would recommend a really great book called “The Highly Sensitive Person” by Elaine N. Aron, it’s a great book on how empathic people have certain sensitivities to lights, colors, foods, sounds and can also sense the energies in crowds of people - which makes it very difficult for an empath (HSP) and it actually means that you are very gifted to energy and need more protection from certain energy, radiations and sensories. It’s also called Neurodivergent too. I hope it’s helpful for you two! 🙏🏽✨
My mental health issue started in childhood when I had something traumatic happen at a very young age. I never received therapy after that incident. After that I become a very angry person and I still get that way to this day and I’m 30. Looking to see a therapist soon. Thanks for talking about this topic.
Unfortunately my family always prefers to pretend everything it’s fine, they are not really open to admit that shitty things happen so I’ve been abused since I was 3 years old and now with 22 I have my one family and I can talk with my husband about the emotional health and we will teach our 2 month baby when he grows up how important is talk about feelings even the bad ones
About me, I have mental health problems. I got diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the age of 2 and have anxiety since then. When I was at the supermarket with my mom, my anxiety has kicked in whence I realized that the supermarket got so crowded that I don't like. Months later, mom took me to the psychiatry place for my illness. That place didn't work for me. Last year, my anxiety has gotten ever worst. Now I'm dealing with my illness since Tuesday morning and I don't like dealing with this cause it distracts me for comprehend things. Even if I tried.
PLEASE READ TO THE BOTTOM...VERY IMPORTANT. I think that society doesn't expect us as humans to ever get or ever be upset or respond to disappointment. We as a society are OVER SOLD on life while growing up. NEXT... Everything can't be a result of bipolar disease and or other things. Please keep in mind that only 2% of the worlds population suffer from things like bipolar disease and other DSM-5 submissions. I learn a lot in my 30-years being a cop. Just be mindful that disorders often come with medications and that leads to sales, profits, greed and crimes. Doctor's are chasing money too, so sad. MY STORY IN SHORT... I was told I was bipolar and found out later no I wasn't. Thank God the Police Chief stepped in and corrected the doctor and the City never paid him...oh he raked up a bill behind me they never paid. Bottom-line I was cleared to become a police officer because I was mentally fine so they contacted the Head of the Board of Psychiatry as proof. I was one of the lucky ones, a system got my back. They found that this doctor was diagnosing people for profit ..yes he loss his license behind this. Why I saw him was behind an on the job injury and it was a requirement. I got to drinking coffee all day long that mocked this horrible disease but yet he knew I had passed the Minnesota Multiphasic Phase 2 Test twice....oh yes. Check the likelihood of things first. Keep going ladies. And yes there is a paper test that you are suppose to be given before a doctor diagnosis you ...Cops take this exam before being handed a gun, uniform, cuffs, a car, a title of police and arresting powers. The test is between $300 to $600 hand insurance covers it in most cases....you get the results back in a few weeks...it's worth it. DON'T TITLE YOURSELF OR LET OTHERS DO IT...JUST ASK THE DOCTOR ABOUT THIS TEST YOU SHOULD TAKE...ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT TAKE THIS... TRUST ME The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) is a psychological test that assesses personality traits and psychopathology. It is primarily intended to test people who are suspected of having mental health or other clinical issues. YES IT CHECKS THINGS LIKE DEPRESSION....AND GIRLS BUY A DSM-5 MANUAL. 😁.
I suggest a topic on challenges. What are some of the challenges y’all facing and how/what you do to overcome these challenges. Also, what was the most difficult challenge you faced in the past and how did you overcome that challenge and did anyone help you or you were on your own?
For future reference, the camera angle switching is a bit distracting and you could probably get much better audio quality for videos like this with a microphone. Love you guys ❤
I don't likw when people get diagnosed for anything for mental health it makes it worse just pray to god in the name of Jesus he's thw only one that can make miracles when there is no way. He's given me peace from childhood trauma giving him all my burdens gives me peace and to be joyful theres just something when you talk to god than a therapist or whoever we have to listen to him other than what the world has to say about our issues..

We ALL must have good mental health. Where the mind goes, the body will follow. Breathe. Reflect. Repeat 4 ten seconds. 💕😇🦾
Great video and conversation and thanks for sharing
This was helpful!
Raven, you were a Allegan county State fair in Michigan. Literally in my Aunt and Uncles back yard! Sorry, I never met you. Too nervous! 😭
Adult children are beautiful, too. Raven Symone you are a Star. Melanie, Rav, don't give up. Move through it.

Beautiful lovely couple. I love watching your video
Feminine energy is very high and energetic. Masculine energy is sometimes the opposite. That can be a reason too. !
