Hi Raven, your show was one of my favourites growing up, thank-you for years of entertainment. Also you seem like a genuinely good person in real life, you've spoken some truths most people weren't ready to hear yet.

This conversation is so validating based on it being 1. Very much empathetic to the variety of addiction 2. Tone (I hope to come across/have more normalizes conversations on addiction)
I think what Miranda said is extremely important. Everyone has a uniqueness about them and so we shouldn’t be so quick to call something an addition when it may not be. Sometimes people give off the wrong impression. I think if there are any unfavorable, & unhealthy traits to our “hobbies” or addition of a thing, that is what would make it a toxic pattern or routine. We love habitual things and nothing is wrong with that as long as it’s favorable and healthy in my opinion. My mom always said “too much of anything isn’t good for you”. That’s the motto I live by!
I love ya'll dinamic and I can see Miranda flourishing in from of the camera as she becomes more comfortable and basically taking the reigns of the videos lately so kudos for that. Also, how you, guys tackle certain topics and always Crack a joke and understand each other's humor is so lovely. Thanks for these conversations. Looking forward to some more. xoxo

I think you are both right. There is minor addictions (as Raven explained). And then there are major addictions (as Miranda explained). I think addictions are definitely coping mechanism and habits. May be they can be done when bored too. Sometimes it's hereditary too. I know more about major addictions. And yea eating too much or the wrong thing can be a addiction. If we could be conscious in our efforts everyday may be we wouldn't be addicted to things major or minor. Our minds are pretty fragile though.

I have a sneaker addiction. It's kinda a hobby tho I just enjoy collecting retro Jordan's. It's gotten better tho. I went from buying like 3-4 pairs every month to 3-4 pairs every year. The crazy part about it all tho is the majority of them never even been warn before. I'm letting the value go up so over time I can sell them in the future. So far it's been doing extremely well but it's like a decoration. I put them on display in my room 💀

Just watched the E! News interview and loved the things you guys spoke about. Raven do you think it’s possible for Disney currently to get that “Lightning in a bottle” again? I know you already spoke on how it’s just not the same as it was back in the day. The FEEL and Magic of the previous Cheetah Girls movies has to be in the new one. I feel like only you guys really know what it takes to make that happen. It could just be about you two but it’s very possible to have a new girl group with hit songs like the previous ones. With maybe you two managing them. The talent is out there. I just feel like we are in a dire need of a cultural reset and i’m tired of classics being ruined. But in the small chance you actually read this.. love you so much❤️ thank you for making my childhood amazing.

taha ! I love how Raven thinks tho, I am similar and its rare so its a trip to watch someone who resembles me so much. its the part where you say youre addicted to sitting. I mean, most would just call it lazy but you see it as an addiction. not laughing at you, just, I marvel at the fact that our way of seeing things has such an innocent and totally out the box spin on things. like, you're funny without even trying to be funny. no disrespect tho, I think anyway a person perceives it should be enough validity to make a mental note of it. thanks.
I can relate so much. I have an addictive personality and i hyper focus heavy on something I’m obsessed w. I’ll do it w nee food and buy so much of a food I love until seeing it makes me sick

Also Question.....I know yall barely answer comments but like fr if I'm addicted to smoking weed is it still an addiction if I take tolerance breaks? I usually don't smoke for around 3-4 months every year so that my tolerance won't get too high and btw not a recreational smoker I use it for a skin condition called hs and I only do 3-4 months because if I wait any longer then that ill start getting abscesses almost immediately and it's too painful to go through that any longer the is that still an addiction? And how do I stop it if I can't afford the creams/meds that are available for it ?I just realized how sarcastic this whole comment sound but I'm fr 😅like I don't see a therapist which I should but how could I not be dependent on smoking and also not have my skin act up

Hi guys so nice to see you again now it was so nice of you guys to cover such a serious topic and I learned so much from you with all that you talked about now myself I don’t have an addiction but I’m overweight so maybe I do have an addiction maybe it’s food I mean it’s not like I eat all the time or eat to cope with something but what I do, do is eat breakfast I workout in the afternoon and then have a protein shake and for dinner I eat a small bowl of melon and I don’t snack in between meals and I’m still overweight so I’m not sure if I’m addicted to food also I watch what I eat health wise thanks again for covering this topic now with that being said peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you Raven and Miranda and I’ll see you on the next awesome 8PM video peace ☮️ out ✌️well I do know one thing I’m addicted to is you guys and your channel I love you guys to death because you guys always make me feel better through your videos
