    Been watching your channel for a while now. Finally pulled the trigger and just bought a 2019 XTP 1000. Found the 2019 model for cheaper than I could get a 2020 850, so pretty excited to get out on the trail for the first test ride. Thanks for all the vids

      If you're tall I'd recommend the Original Mod Design handlebar risers. I'm so happy for you, you'll love your machine. Please don't hesitate to send questions to my email on my home page.
      Stay healthy you made my morning.

      Marauder Mitchelli thanks I will look into that. Not on the tall side lol. So I’ll give it a few test runs first to see how it feels without. But thanks for the heads up, any insight is appreciated

      How do you like the ATV...update?

    • @jmeist25
      @jmeist25 4 года назад

      Marauder Mitchelli loving it!! Took it out for 2 rides so far. I feel like I can ride all day on it, smooth and powerful. Climbs hills amazing, hit that throttle and by the time you blink your at the top of the hill!! Lol. Also the first ATV I’ve had with power steering, so that helps too. Gone through mud, water, steep hills and it just handles everything great. The one thing I miss switching over from Polaris, is switching into 4WD on the fly. I’ve heard they’re a lil stiff in suspension so I set the shocks at the lowest setting and it feels great (I’m about 180lbs). I am definitely pleased, and excited for the next ride.

    Awesome job Marauder!! Very thorough! THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE SHOUTOUTS!!!! Are you going to clutch it to handle the Cryptids? The handlebar risers look great!! I bet that makes it a lot more comfortable! That's kind of a game changer, 2inches makes a ton of difference! I think the Sportsmans get squatty, that's why the ground clearance seems bad.. We noticed the squeakiness too and the difference in maintenance!!

      Marauder Mitchelli. Did the switch really cost you subscribers? That’s kind of sad if that’s the case. I love your videos, your sportsman videos helped influence my Sportsman purchase but I still watch your awesome videos. With your detailed reviews of ATVs people can look at your Sportsman & Outlander videos & make a decision that’s right for them. If Dirt Obsexxion keeps it up, they’re going to influence me to buy a sport quad.

      @@petroleum-dynamite Yes i truly believe it cost me subscribers and slowed the growth of my channel. The top viewed off road videos on my channel are the Polaris ATV videos. So i do not make decision in my life for my channel, but i do share my decisions with my channel. Most Can Am videos are from Canadian channels doing extreme mudding...not my thing...but they are very popular on RUclips. Thank you for commenting...i love comments also!

    I watched video #76 before this video and that trail looks great, really like the pace you guys were going. I have a 2012 Grizzly 700 and been window shopping a Can Am Max XT-P for over a year now. I was glad to see you eventually bought the Max, although I wouldn’t have put the 30” tires on there, over sized tires makes a quad tippy on side hills, just my preference, they look great on your quad though. I’m over in Ohio.
    I don’t have the coin for the max XT-P right now, I worked very hard to be debt free, just paid cash for a new roof on my biggest barn and all my buildings need siding which will be around 14k 😭😭😭. But anyway, one thing I would add to your bike or bikes is Fasst Flexx bars and Rox risers. If you trail ride kinda hard that will take the vibration and palm impact away while riding. It’s my next upgrade to my grizzly 700.
    There is a fella on the tube that set up his grizzly, one is videos is “ultimate grizzly life behind bars” talks all about the flex bars.

      I had the tires and rims from a Defender XMR so I tried mounting them on the max...they were awesome for trail riding and light mud holes. Great machine. Love your way of life, thank you for feeding the world. I hope you get your atv soon happy new years

    Hello from Eastern NY. Just ordered the riser on your recommendation. Curious about the mirror on the throttle side? Your video helped me decide on the 1000r max after I sold my 13 800r max.

    What are the tire dimensions? Just ordered a 2021 outlander xtp 1000. The front tires are 26x8x14, and the rears are 26x10x14. Wondering if the wheels themselves are different sizes. Would like to get some mud tires but don’t know what dimensions to go with

    • @maraudermitchelli
      @maraudermitchelli  3 года назад +1

      Do not get theses tires for an atv...too big and heavy. I traded these tires with my defender xmr. They were just under 30” I think not positive the rims were the same size. I like itp tires they have a great selection of mud tires. Hope this helps.

    Hi Marauder Mitchelli,
    I got my new Outlander 2020 XTP MAX last week. I like your videos very much because you can listen very well without much frills. Are you still happy with your machine? or have you had any problems? How many hours has your can-am run now?
    Greetings from Germany

      Jens P. Congratulations 🎊 both my outlanders have been excellent, my non max machine has a grunt sound in the suspension, not sure what that is I hear a couple times when riding. Steering columns squeak on both machines but I ignore that. I give my Can Ams an A+. Enjoy your atv and be safe don’t hesitate to ask me questions 😊

    Did you end up having to do clutch work to run the cryptids

    • @maraudermitchelli
      @maraudermitchelli  3 года назад +2

      None but this is very important i never took them screaming through a mud bog. I crawled through mud holes and was very careful. No issues what so ever but if your serious about mudding i'd recommend clutch work and maybe a little smaller tire. They were fun on this machine though.

    Damn all that muffler noise and quiet trail crap sucks but that's part of living near civilization and city I guess were wayyyyy out in the country in the mountains we dont have many atv "parks" just ride back in the mountains to certain spots and can hit old and active strip mines and ride from one state to the next without a worry for miles and miles va to ky and ky to wv we got all the natural hatfield and mccoy type terrain 1 could stand nice vid and quad just picked up a 1000 xt

      Hi Pat, in my videos i give my opinion as a backup for my decisions. That does not mean you should do as i do. If you like your machine keep it an enjoy it, as you know i had 2 sportsman 1000 and loved them. All manufacturers have design issues with their machines...ugh so the Can Am problems have yet to be discovered but their out there. Please enjoy your machine, my intent is not to make anyone feel bad about their machines...a specially Pat.
