Sweet machine! I bought a mav sport xmr because of you and for some xt400 tires from Jerry in bc. It’s a blast! Can’t wait until you throw a big meet and greet at the acreage, it’ll be worth the drive from Alberta even with current gas prices
The 450/570 platform is killer even in the regular chassis I ride the crap out my 570 have had 0 issues in 4.5 years and follow the 1000s anywhere they go🤘🏼🤘🏼
Ive been gathering part numbers and research to convert my 19 outlander 1000r to a 6x6, it honestly looks the same as hers parts-wise and I think it would be a pretty dope machine when its done. Ive been scouring the auction sites, CL, etc etc for a wrecked or destroyed 6x6 but no luck yet.
That rear plate above the axle may be a place to mount a rear facing winch. The exhaust has a weird tin rattle to it. Not sure if it’s cause it’s new or not.
That thing is a little beast 💪! That'd be a pretty good name for maybe idk lol I'm sure you guys will come up with something. Can't wait to see more of it.
That reminds me of when they first came out with the Polaris ranger 6/6 and we were out in the woods in the middle of the winter cutting wood and that little bastard was unstoppable
This looks like it just beat the Rancher as the best farm and ranch ATV for sure! Impressive that she didn't get stuck in that clay with those tires and the climb. I was sure that it would make a nice little beater, but this sort of changed categories in my head to when you don't want to get stuck! My dumbphone...
I’ve been thinking about a defender 6x6 but that 450 6x6 would be great new unit for my Wifey thanks for the great videos and great knowledge on the units.
coming to my area eh sweet I Live iN a little town between Smithers BC and Prince George BC. that little 450 6x6 should do awesome in the mountains around here the narrow width will be a big help
That's a Minty unit!! I wouldn't go too crazy on the tires tho, you don't have alot of horses to spare... maybe 27" cryptids or 27" xtrs . I have xtrs on my old 400, absolutely no complaints!
Never underestimate the 6x6s Man, you wouldn’t believe how much people scoff at my 6x6 defender before we go out and ride technical trails here in Colorado(on vacation from Montana). They’re usually riding in rzr turbos or x3 mavericks, set up pretty nicely too. But by the end of the day they all say the same thing: “man, that thing really does do well doesn’t it?!” Never underestimate the “inchworm”(my 6x6’s name) It’s long. It’s slow. But wherever the head goes, the ass is sure to follow. 🤣 I love crawling super slow through areas that those poor 4x4s had a nightmare getting through, repositioning several times before having to skinny pedal their way through. I usually shoot a nice little glance right at em when they are watching me in disbelief 😝
Get your buddies at can am to hurry up and send me my outlander 1000 been waiting for 2 months and I haven't heard anything 😬 the anticipation is killing me but congrats on the new rig look forward to seeing some more action
6 wheels, so 50% more flotation, but probably not 50% more weight, would be interesting to see if it can float on water like a mini sherp, mudpuppy had his quad float.

Can y’all imagine if someone was to build a 2-3” frame extension kit for in front of the center diff and a 2-3” extension for behind it and in front of the rear diff and then add the 2” front A-arm kit you probably run 30” tires with no problem and maybe even 32s

Love my 450 (regular 4x4) for around the property. Light and plenty of pulling power in low range. The 6x6 would be awesome for what I do. Cool unit.

My Grizzly 450 beats my Grizzly 700 everytime in the mud and climbing. This is no surprise. What a cool unit , Congrats Mrs. Osta !!

I believe that little plate they welded on is for a rear winch or tiger tail with a fairlead bolts on top of the rear diff braces
