tbh you should try the omad. ive done diets similar to these where I would eat little every few hours and my stomach would be loud asf. but when I tried omad- it like reset my hunger or something. After a few days I just wasnt as hungry anymore and controlled my binging.

I might give this diet a try! Quarantine has made me chubby lol. But I'm like you, I love snacking, so that will be hard to give up. Make sure to reward yourself with something yummy now that you're done with the diet! :)
ITS SO HARD TO NOT SNACK !! but i wouldn’t recommend doing this long term!! the foods themselves are good for you but it could still work if you increased the number of apples or sweet potatoes you eat a tad bit
Honestly as someone who loves snacking I started telling myself to eating ice cubes when I caught myself going overboard. I don’t know if that’s a good thing tho lol
Eating a high protein breakfast with a lot of healthy fats makes a MASSIVE difference for snacking. I’m a huge snacker and hunger and I’m never hungry in the morning, but either slowing eating the meal through the morning or having an ate breakfast helps a ton. Eggs (use more white than yolk if you’re working out) protein oatmeal, fruits, GREEK YOGURT (game changer + good protein for fruit smoothies), and water in the morning can be a game changer for hungers and snackers! Best of luck and remember, your weight does NOT have to decide your quality of life within reason :] you’re beautiful!

It’s not really good. The girl in the video is promoting the iu diet which is a k pop idols diet. The thing is that iu has an eating disorder so this isn’t really a diet it’s how to get an eating disorder and so many you tubers are promoting it
Don’t do this!! Don’t follow IU and her “diet”, because she had an ED while following it! You are not gonna lose as much weight as she did (most of it will be water weight), because she had bulimia. This is too restrictive and you’ll just binge :( I know it doesn’t mean much, but I’ve had anorexia and binge eating disorder and i know it always goes wrong. Why not try healthier diets?
Also this isn’t aimed at the creator! Just at anyone who thinks losing weight with this diet is efficient and will work. You will gain it all back…
Hi there. My maintenance calories is 1406. In order for me to lose fat, i will need to only consume 906 max a day. IU's diet is like 500cals day minus exercise which i think is extremely dangerous.
Most of it wont be water weight. Its calories in and calories out. But yes in other aspects you are right.
i did this diet at the beginning of 2021 and it was really difficult but i wanna try it again cuz i have senior photos soon LOL

I want to try this but with a different fruit for breakfast (apples irritate my stomach). I might do berries
I cut my finger too, my left index finger when trying to cut salami with this very sharp knife (cuts through almost everything like it's soft butter). It was kinda deep, was bleeding as hell, hurting as hell a couple days and now after 3 weeks my skin still hasn't fully grown together at the top, there is still this tiny gap that goes in a bit... I don't wanna not use a plaster bc I don't want dirt to settle in it... also the fingertip doesn't have the same feeling anymore, it feels similar to when you foot sleeps in... just because I was too lazy to take my time while cutting... like, saving a couple of minutes for then having this crap for over 3 weeks... man I'm glad I didn't cut even deeper or with more force, even without pressure you could EASILY remove your whole fingertip from the bone...

you can add whatever you’d like to them!! you don’t have to restrict yourself the same way IU does because it will only work short term that way. If you don’t have sweet potatoes just eat some form of healthy carbs

i just bake them in the oven at 450 degrees fahrenheit for 45-50 minutes!!! make sure to poke some holes in your potatoes with a fork if you do decide to do this to let some steam out!!

dont do it it’s super unhealthy. Recently now people are finally opening up to all of the horrible issues this diet has caused, iu has even said herself that she had an eating disorder which is why she was eating the little amt of food in this diet. Especially since you’re a diabetic patient, u can seriously damage ur body. I cant stop you because i have no control, but just know what you’ll be putting yourself through. 💙 Stay safeeee.

I didn't even lose 3 kilos 3 days... I think it's not even been 2... my maintainance calories are about 1200 so I would need to eat like just the apple to get the same effect... also much of the weight I list was just muscle.... that's why on day 3 I added an egg (I don't have protein shakes) and worked out after, didn't lose muscle that day... I hope I'll lose some fat til tomorrow but from yesterday to today I barely lost and I didn't binge then...

i think it’d be fine since oats and apples both contain a decent amount of carbs, i think oats are just 3x the amount of carbs which is more filling!

avocados tend to have more healthy fats than sweet potatoes and won’t be as sustaining because of the difference in carbs, i wouldn’t recommend because it would just end up making you hungrier faster

i tried to mostly stay away from my biggest problem area (sweets) and would only eat a tiny bit when i craved it or eat konjac jelly’s or sweet potatoes for the craving. I also try to eat greens in at least 1 meal a day to maintain the weight

What kind of protein shake was that? Just plain protein shake? Like the one people that go to the gym use? Or is it a lighter shake, I am always told that protein shakes make you fat id you don’t exercise.
I’m no dietician but I don’t think they make you fat - they make you gain weight, yes, but not “fat” (unless you drink more than you burn), because protein -> muscle repair, and muscle is more dense than fat. Hope this makes sense !

it was called breakfast essentials, which i wouldn’t recommend now because it’s just full of sugar, sodium and other additives. i’ve recently started using orgain organic protein powder which is a good one and has a couple different flavors!

the only difference is that sweet potato is a lot higher in vitamin A and actually lower in sugars, i believe. so it’s up to preference
