Michelle this is awesome. I burned 300 calories in 40 min aNd that was was with modifications. Just FYI at around 30 min in video froze and all I could see was your face. It never resolved. I followed your voice as best I could to finish. Fun seeing a guy out there too

Just what I needed and wanted this AM. 👍 Doing HIIT with weights is such a great burner! 🔥I went lower than I would for strength, but heavy enough to get a good heart rate going. Whew, I am SO sweaty! 😅 This workout is going into my favs folder, and I'll be back to do it again another time for sure!

This was hard! Question - why is it easier to do crushes with your elbows in versus out. You said elbows out when doing the crunches at the end and it def makes it harder.
Very intense workout. It was a little too intense for me so I dod it with modifications . I would have liked more upper body and not so much lower body. I did finish it sweating bullets. Thank you.
