Hi Kevin! I have replace a lot of clutch on the road.. your videos help me a lot an gives me tricks to do this job more easily... keep walking my friend... greetings from Greece
You sir are a monster a beast. What a work on the road side. Huge respect. What a tools and these gloves are truly amazing. I would love to get my hands on a box. Need to swap a driveshaft on a berlingo mk1 2.0hdi. Im in awe of the skills and the hard way to do this job in the open air. Do take care of your self sir, this will start to add up in the long run. Again huge respect.
Hi Kevin, Im from Sweden, I was inspired of your videos and although I dont have any experience of this kind of work, I have now replaced my bad flywheel on my Passat 1.6TDI -10 Im so thankful.. everything went well.. with exception, when you lift the gearbox from chest up to place, it looks super-easy, I couldnt (to heavy), I had to lay some boards under gearbox, and grab the gearbox from engineroom.. Thanks Kevin, your the man : ) GBU
@@WMCS one question Kevin, I bought the same electric wrench you have milwaukee M18 fuel, amazing product, wow, my future work will be easy, its a gamechanger for me.. and your electric ratchet you use, is it a M12 fuel ?
Jeez - I have the Citroen version of this van/Combi and had my clutch replaced a few years back. I remember the mechanics face when I turned up at the end the day to pick it up. He looked like he’d gone ten rounds with Mike Tyson. Much respect.
Good job! 👍🏻 Done my Dispatch 2.0 hdi a few years back, previous model! The subframe helps out by not having to fully drop gearbox by resting on it! Lol! Crossmember removal if gearbox has to come out fully! A double edge sword! I’m doing my 2011 Peugeot Expert 2.0 hdi clutch very soon. The Dual Mass replacement and new fork as well. Just to be on the safe side! Excellent Video! Second time watching it as I know they’re not the easiest, and refreshing my memory at the same time ! 💪🏻

You should buy one of those mobile fork lifts man , will make your work so much easier and cut some time ! Nice work and I really hope your health will hold to that cold rainy weather :(
As a self employed mechanic with a 3 bay garage that I run myself and having 2 lifts I feel like if I died and woke up in hell I would be fixing cars outdoors like you do. I don't even like doing those jobs with a lift!!! I hope you charge enough to live comfortable.
But then again a devil feels right at home in hell. Imagine being stuck in the same 4 walls everyday too much heaven ., It’ll be like serving a life sentence 🍻😁
Hi Kevin! Please tell me, why don't you use a special tool to install the clutch basket, LUK 400023710, which clamps the correctly self-feeding basket? Or is it superfluous in the work and divorce of the dealer?

well done. i m just doing a 2.0hdi berlingo, its a right pain in the arse, everything is much harder than the 1.6hdi or petrol models. really don't like the design of the 2.0 with the turbo right above steering rack, really hard to get at anything on these engines
Hey Kevin- can you tell us a little about those floor mats? Are they regular 1/2" gym mats like you find on amazon, or are they something heavier? I don't have a garage or paved drive, so I think I need a set of these in my life ASAP!

They’re solid flywheel these.
I have a question for you. What car (contemporary, not something obscure) is the easiest to do a clutch on? Maybe 3 easiest cars?
VAG group. BMW KIA/Hyundai.
Easiest I've done recently was a Yaris.@@WMCS
How you take out right side halfaxis so easy ? I cant take it off....

Kevin, what are you degreasing with in the pump up sprayer? Mineral spirits?
It’s brake cleaner mate.
Another great video 👍 thank you 🙂
Hi, Have you ever replaced a Peugeot Citroën manual gearbox?
hello colleague
Is it a 5 or 6 speed gearbox?
I replaced it with a 6-speed, which is almost impossible, there is no space as big as yours.
Greetings
great vid 😎
Hi...my friend how are you ? You are the best of the best
Nice video and nice job. Is the extended head Milwaukee ratchet you use 1/4 or 3/8?
It’s a 1/4. I went for that size in case I need to really get in small places with the small 1/4 but it comes with a 3/8 adapter
