Hiya Kevin, thanks for taking the time to record your work. I'm about to do the clutch on my old 03 expert with 125k miles and one owner from new so it's worth doing. Someone mentioned above about the DMF and I'm curious too. Was that converted earlier to a solid flywheel or is that how the later ones come? Reason I ask is I have a solid flywheel and clutch that's done 7k that I took out of my old van that I scrapped. Was gonna bite the bullet and replace with new clutch and DMF but think maybe I'm being too fussy and should just put the nearly new clutch and flywheel in and have done with it. It worked fine in my old van just not quite as silky but hardly noticeable. Your thoughts and knowledge much appreciated. Regards John.
