Good bagels in Miami? It is indeed possible over at El Bagel! The interesting thing about this space is that it's mobile. A food truck travels from business to business, strategically creating alliances with coffee shops and craft beer spaces to make the an already great customer experience even better!
Another cool thing about El Bagel is the focus on high end ingredients and subtle twists on classics. Something as simple as a bacon egg and cheese will be made with local artisanal bacon from a spot called "proper sausages" along with cage free eggs, and spicy honey!
Depending on the day sometimes people will line up for only a chance at the bagels. People have been turned away when popular items are sold out after standing on line patiently! When its' good it's good, and El Bagel keeps the customers coming back willing to wait again.
Linking up with another business is a great idea on so many levels. If you want coffee with your bagel simply come in to "Vice City Bean" and get yourself some of the best coffee in town. Fresh pressed juice and rosewater donuts are here if you want to add them to your experience as well, which I definitely did!
