Averaging out to around $10.50. That’s almost a 30% increase in minimum wage. Given that in 89’, Jordan4s were 100 dollars then, and now run upwards or 200 a pop. It’s a substantial increase and offset to what people were making.
Any 11 is a classic. In my eyes there is no better silhouette than the 11s. That patent leather just hits different.

Personally, I like the 11 breads I think those are an amazing pair of shoes. The styling was leaps and bounds ahead in the shoe game at the time, and they are extremely comfortable and perform well on the court.

They were the first ones I bought on my own in 9th grade after saving up birthday money since i was 11 yrs old and saving grandma's $2 dollars every time I would visit her and mowing laws for two years I finally had the $150 to buy them with the help of my mom paying the taxes after seeing how hard I worked to get them. I loved those shoes so much. I would wash them everyday after school and I end up getting robbed and shot in my growing for them. I've had to wear a colostomy bag ever since but I loved those shoes. If it wasn't for medical bills I would buy them again. Good times though.
