Thanks DJ. I agree with 1-14 being the main ones for the nostalgia. IMO, 7s were way ahead of their time! They were so light and responsive. Hold a pair of 7s in one hand and a 12 in the other…. So much lighter and they dont get enough credit. Wish they would retro the hare 7s and make a BS 6 hare. Thanks for the vid bro 👊🏻

Facts! I love Jordan 1’s and 4’s. They have some dope color ways as well. I can definitely say I own way more 1’s and 4’s than any other Jordan retros.
Aj4s hold a special place in my heart, I’m very lucky to own all 3 OG retro 4s that has come out and I’m waiting for military blues patiently ! But thanks to 4s I have broadened my horizons to 1s, 5s, 3s along with dunks. And because of 4s I became a shoe collector 😂 crazy.

But my best are air force 1 mid '07 LV8s, jordan green beans, the military 4s, adidas forum exhibit mids. I'm getting the travis scott low mochas soon. Those are big money...I also am gonna get the university blue 4s if they are still at the price I was given. 300. They're all going for over 400 in any size...I like the cements. Those are a pair I'd love to have.

The Air Jordan 3s are my favorites followed by the 1s and then the 12s and 11s. I could never afford them when they came out but as a father I bought them for my sons and then indulged in the 3s and 1s for myself at the ripe old age of 50. 😂

The maroon 6 was the first pair of Jordans I ever had and back in 91 125 bucks was a crazy amount of money for a sneaker. I was a paperboy and saved every penny I made and my mom and grandma chipped in on the deference for me to get em. When they finally retro’d in 2015 they sat everywhere. I bought 5 pairs and still have 1 pair ds that I’ll never wear. Great video

12s have always been my favorites, but I'm definitely biased cause they were my first Jordan ever, back in 97 I got the flu games for Christmas, but the playoff colorway in the 12 is my favorite Jordan of all time.
i think the reason the Jordan 4 is so popular now is because of the color scheme and the combinations of other jordans like the flaps, netting, and the comfiness of them

We all know this list is made by a majority of people who are under 35. The Jordan 6 was the first Jordan all of us either wanted or couldn't afford. Back in the 80's and begin 90's. I haven't seen the Jordan 1 to 5 in the Netherlands where I grew up. And I was the only person that wore Jordan 5's that I knew. Clearly it depends where you're from and what age but the 1 to 5 nobody either had them or cared for them. 6, 8, 9.11,12,13 is all I can ever remember.
I m not even 25, but I still know that 6s and 7s have the most history out of all the jordans.
I’m 50 and can tell you that it was the 3’s and 4’s that set the sneaker world on fire. 5’s and 6’s cemented that Jordan brand was the bar that all other shoes would be set at.

For me obv AJ 1 would be number 1 because that is where everything started but I personally love AJ 3 the most, that’s the shoe that actually saved the Nike and Jordan collaboration and the entry of legend Tinker Hatfield happened with it and changed the whole sneaker game.

I think it has to do with age. Young people like the higher number shoes. Og's like me didn't care for the shoes after the 4's (space boots). Started liking them again with the nines. There something to be said for having lived through the Nike ban and watching him actually play in the shoes.

11's at #4 just shows me how much sneaker culture has changed in my liftetime. That used to be the tip of the iceberg when it came to the coolest and most valuable shoes you could own. Especially if you had a pair of Space Jams. IMO, it feels like sneaker culture is for the most part, a hype machine now. It seems like people don't care about what looks cool anymore. It's more about hype and what * insert celebrity name * collab it is. Just feels manufactured and not "organic" anymore if that makes any sense.

This is a fire idea for a video. I'm just starting off my shoe collection, but the shoes I wanted forever were the Jordan 1s. I finally got a pair in august 2023. The thing that sparked the shoe for me was spiderman into the spider-verse ngl.
1-13,18&23 are the best out of the collection but nowadays the quality is so trash but we still cop for nostalgia but brand Jordan gotta do better with the material while they keep inflating the prices,also Dj do a list on your favorite Lebrons he got some dope earlier models as well as the new LeBron 20 which are absolutely fiyabut great review bro👌🏾

In 2016 i wanted the cement 4s my friend i gamed withs mom worked at footlocker so he got them from his mom and didnt even care for them his mom got him them cuz she knew they was good. I had my mom get me them for my birthday for $400 I sacrificed not getting alot of groceries for weeks for them. They now go for double the price and i kept them in a condition that i would prob get the same price i got them for.

Anybody that was actually alive when these shoes debuted will tell you that it was the 3’s and 4’s that brought Jordan brand to the top of the sneaker culture mountain. Jordan 1’s didn’t really stand out aside from the color blocking, and AJ 2’s were just plain ugly for the price they asked back then. In fact Jordan competed in the Dunk contest in both 1’s and 2’s, but it wasn’t until that iconic photo of him winning in 3’s that everyone wanted to wear Jordan’s. The first 5 releases of AJ’s were my 8th grade and high school years. It’s weird as a father of teens watching them wear the same shoes I wore in high school.
You told no lies , sir. I was born in 1979 so I was raised in the 80’s and saw the rise of Jordan as a cultural icon. The fire 🔥 Jordan 3 and the cement 4’s are the shoes that helped to create my curiosity and infatuation with sneakers.

IMO the 11s are overrated. I prefer versions w/o the patent leather. But in terms of the design, I'd take the 9s over the 11s. They would probably just be outside my top 10 as I would put the 2, 7,8, 9, 14 ahead of the 11s. everything after the 14s doesnt appeal to me at all. 29s and 30s had potential to be great but went too simple with the possibilities of the woven upper.
