✅ About this video:
In today's video we are talking about how to make it easier to setup and teardown your site when you have Starlink, the satellite internet service. In a previous video, we showed you how we mounted the router behind the TV and ran the cable through the bay and out the wet bay, making it really easy to access on travel days. Today, we are adding Flag Pole Buddy for starlink. This kit retails for $210 on Amazon. Once installed, it eliminated the need to climb on the roof in order to get a high point for the dish. It takes about 5 minutes to setup starlink now. If you are in the market for Starlink or just purchased Starlink, be sure to check out this kit!

Rocket ship adapter! Harold, you had me laughing, flying it in front of the camera, making the sound.😂
haha- glad you enjoyed it!
We just installed the flag pole buddy last week! It is working great so far! Safe travels.
Good to hear!
That is way better, great job and the flagpole make’s it so nice
Glad you like it
Thanks.... now just have to figure out how ti set it up on our rig😉
They are coming out with a suction cup version! That should make it more universal.
Hello great video like always. Hope you guys are doing great
Thanks! Doing great. How are you?
cool content keep it up bro
Thanks, will do!
Thank you for showing how you setup. Great video.
Idea: Use an extension cord reel for your StarLink cable.
Great idea! Thanks!
@@1StrangeAdventure What length cable do you use/have? I just got Gen 3 this week and am wondering if the 50' cable provided will be sufficient length esp now "elevating" it?? Thx and gr8 video.
Good tips
Glad it was helpful!
I wonder if you could get a retractable hose reel for the wire for inside the wet bay? Just a thought. Love the spaceship 🚀. Keep up the great content.
We were thinking the same thing! It would be nice to have it auto-retract.
have you thought about the high performance dish that is mounted to the roof?
Love our flag pole buddy! It's held up great for the last year and a half 👍 Ours isn't shaped like Starship!!
Glad it's working great for you guys!
Good video you might consider getting an additional pole bracket in the event that the bracket deteriorates from weather
That makes sense! Thanks for the tip!
Question: could you leave the router in the basement and get sufficient signal inside the camper?
Thank you for making this video. We have the same setup on our momentum. However I’m wondering what the mounts look like on travel days. Do you keep them facing out from the ladder like that? Or rotate them to the right to be more flush with the rig in transit?
We leave them where they are. They only stick out a couple of inches and have never caught anything during travel.
@@1StrangeAdventure that’s great news. I avoid climbing the ladder at all costs.
I still don’t understand how the “spaceship” attaches to the satellite dish! Can you shoe me that
Which video has the upgraded starlink cord wet bay installed directly to your router behind the television set? Sorry you are going through your frame flex issues.
Thank you so much! Here ya go: ruclips.net/video/5xE761e47Dg/видео.html
Suction cups are a bad idea in my opinion. We tried them and they left rings on the rig where we put them on the rig. I got rid of them after the first time using them.
Thanks for saving us there!
