    love the info, appreciate the look out. will there be another video out soon talking about computex? also what are your thoughts on the msi meg 321urx? at least in terms of price.
    i given up on waiting for the meg 321urx and tried looking for mpg version of it but i cant find any in stock and the one i can find is on ebay and it being sold at a ridiculous price, enough for me to say no to and it was at least around double the price though it was only 1. anyways the point is. do you know of any reliable way of tracking when the stores will have some in stock again? also any idea on the release date on the meg version? i know this alot of questions but i have given up on trying to get information elsewhere because i simply cant find any info, even tried emailing msi and got ghosted completely

      I got the g7, pixel transition is nuts for when it came out. Bfi wasnt great, but the panel was fas enough. Too bad it suffered from vvr flicker as well as those scanlines. I can't imagine the va panel getting any faster than that. Well IPS is getting 1000hz, but usually still slower than oled. Let's hope LCDs can get faster, because backlight strobing is better than bfi on oled, IMO. Can't beat those darks wand colors on oled though, va panels have worse colors than IPS as well.

    Dude I literally called this 4 days ago without even watching this video.
    I said the MPG 321URX was a paper launch because MSI is regretting lowering the price to $950 seeing that people are paying $1300 for the Asus one and that they delayed the mass production of the MPG 321URX to rebrand it to the MEG series and raise the price... what a anti-consumer move man!!

    Get the fast IPS for review, I want to know how it compares to last year model 360hz fast IPS. I hope it has better motion clarity with backlight strobing than oled. I want a fast IPS in 4k.

    • @TheACLP
      @TheACLP Месяц назад

      are you living under a rock? OLED IS HERE why are you bothered with IPS especially on that is slower refresh rate than the 360hz, especially since OLED 240hz monitors will drop in price to 500-600$ range after the 480hz release

    • @oneanother1
      @oneanother1 Месяц назад +1

      @@TheACLP lol, sure I would love to have an oled monitor. Still waiting for them to come down in price. Black frame insertion(bfi) still sucks on the oled, strobing led ies far superior in motion clarity especially at lower refresh rates. Have you seem the LCD 560hz tn monitor, motion clarity can't be beat. IPS is still slower, but they might have improved it next gen. Brightness too, LCD is brighter and never have to worry about screen burn in. 1 thousand for a 4k 32 inch oled? Are you kidding me. Let s see how that burn warranty is going to hold up when you RMa it.

    • @TheACLP
      @TheACLP Месяц назад

      @@oneanother1 It's 540hz btw and the motion clarity can't be beat because the fastes oled we have currently is the 360hz which some people say because of Oled's almost instantaneous response time rivals that of 480hz. However, when the 480hz oled comes out, it will rival that of a 540hz tn panel (conservative figure) or even up to a 720hz tn panel (optimistic figure). Screen burn in on the newer gen WOLEDS don't burn in especially tested by RTings. It will take years for it to burn in. YEARS!! Brightness wise, yes it's slightly less bright at around 220-260 nits of brightness. But the influx of oled monitors has rampened up just this year. In only half a year we jumped from qdoled and woled introduction to the market, and 240hz and 360hz, and now glossy panels. Computex is alround the corner and they might have an oled monitor with vapor chambers that could potentially increase the brightness. RMA is a grey zone, and you mentioned the expensive price tag for the 4k 240hz 480-hz FHD monitor, but that 540hz monitors you were boasting like the asus PG248QP is retail 900$. Many people would pay that 100$ for that 4k OLED with an option for 480hz way more tech packed. Again give it a little but more time afte computex and you will see such inexpensive oled monitors that all tn and ips panels will be obsolete, every video you watch from techtubers will only recommend oled. You are living in the future, the only competetiro to oled is micro-leds but those are still far far from coming to consumer market especially to us niche gamer market for 24 inches to 32 inchs. Black frame insertion does not belong anywhere near oled, there is 0 reasons to include that tech into OLED. . The only concern you have that is valid is RMA and with that I can't argue against. However you need to have a little bit of patience, OLED will flood the market, all you will be thinking about will be oled, when you eat your breakfast cereal, when you dream at night, when you're working. All you will do is wait patiently until you come home to feast your eyes on OLED.

    i am sorry but xg27aqdmg is a no go. it is THE SAME pannel used in the old PG27AQDM with all the drawbacks but with upgraded mla boost +16%~ brightness and glossy coating + old pixel structure. I belive pg32ucdm is still the way to go, when the price will be about 1000$ - but many ppl reported many problems with hdr and random black screen on the rog forums, 2024 is really no qc and bad firmwares on all the monitors year.

    • @noidsuper

      The glossy screen goes a long way though. Even people skeptical of the claims of improved image clarity due to glossy displays are saying it’s great. HDR performance is excellent as well. If high refresh rate isn’t a concern, it’s probably the best 27” 1440p monitor out right now.
