Man I was raw vegan, intermittent fasting, cold showers, meditating for 10-30 minutes everyday while waking up early for 3 years! Absolutely life changing, reset and undid so much damage from the years and years of unhealthy habits.

@@BigSI-jr3lu just gotta do some homework. Write down what you like and how you can flip it to be healthy. Know how many calories you been eating and what your goals are. Then just go play around in the market and get creative. Theres so many ways to go about it these days

I have been practicing intermittent fasting for some time now, and I can certainly perceive a noticeable change in my overall well-being. To break my fast, I usually opt for a fruit smoothie, and then I follow an 8-hour eating window, consuming food every two hours. Typically, I ensure that I finish my last meal before 7 pm.

Yes!! I’ve been fasting and everything changed. I was never a morning person, I work full time and single mom of 3 with my youngest being 10 months old. I was always tired a groggy in the morning and running late to work driving in a rush with full anxiety. But as soon as I got closer to God, got in my bible and started living by His word, I LOVE getting up early. Even when I run on 3 hours of sleep, I pray that God gives me energy in the morning and HE DOES ✝️ I started coming into work 30 minutes early just so I can read and bible study in peace. I’ve been eating clean and running 30 minutes. Truly amazing what God can do! 🙏🏻💕✨

Love your video, and yes I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for quite some time now. I do a 16:8. 16 hours of fasting and an 8 hour eating window. It definitely feels amazing to wake up in the morning feeling less bloated and light when giving the body a break from food. And after practicing fasting you will be able to go even longer than 16 hours. Fasting is very healthy for the body. Good luck and sending you many blessings in your journey

I’ve been going to the gym at 4a.m. for over a year now. I have my first meal of the day at 11am, then 2:30pm, and 6:30pm! I drink water 95% of the time. Other than that I stick to orange juice, cranberry juice, detox green juices/smoothies and I eat a lot of grapefruit. I’ve lost 50lbs. so far on my weight loss journey! Thank you for your consistency with the uploads and living a healthier lifestyle because it keeps me on point.

Yes, I do a mini fast every day. I don't eat after 6:30 pm (7:00 pm is my max time if I'm running late or on vacation or something). I eat a small breakfast/lunch daily.

Hello from Palm Springs CA. I had a good day today (thanks for asking) today is Sunday July 23. Had a little grief, so I decided to take pictures in pink 🤷🏽😫😂😂😂👛 (Barbie movie) lol for me I’d rather be hot, my daughter lives in Orlando.. I raised them in Boise Idaho 🙏 it’s beautiful there. But my momma raised me like a hippie. And I do not like being cold. The climate here is everything !!! Sand storms, fires, earthquakes .. super high temps. And then there is hot springs, healing mineral waters.. Native American culture. Most of town is owned by Indians. I’m used to wild Aloe,, roadrunners 😂😂😂 cactus, olive trees.. (no sharks😮) it’s very much biblical. It’s resort town.. Coechella Fest is here ect. What people don’t know about is the wind. It’s cray, we get those habeebs.. anyway , I said all that to say.. I think when you are born in a certain environment it’s just part of you. I think our Heavenly Father is bringing like minds together. Because your channel popped up. I’ve always been an herbal textile nerd 🤓 lol because I’ve work in skin health. Anyhoo.. you run barefoot , that’s good. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for a few weeks now and honestly it’s a game changer fr I was doing 8pm and literally last night I was like na let’s bump it down to 7pm 🙌🏽 - also, I’m from Boston but I LOVE the sun and it being hot outside. Ima beach bum in the summer. New England weather has been playing this summer tho, but it’s gonna warm up soon.
