TBH, I used to be ashamed to say it but my mom usually spends the day with me. I will be turning 28 on July 25. But now, I can care less about celebrating my birthday anymore.

Happy belated birthday, Philly!! My 25th was June 5th. I wanted to sight-see at some museums and zoos on June 4th and have a spa day on the 5th, but I ended up chilling home bc God gave me the best gift ever.
SN: I don’t want to get emotional or make you feel bashful bc we are strangers even though you’re my brother in Christ. You just do not understand how motivating and soothing your videos are. Literally, I was back tracking on my plant based lifestyle. But this video will hold me up for at least 2 more weeks so I’m back at it. So keep the videos coming please and thank you! Also making your own guacamole is way better than getting it at chipotle. You can mash it up with a fork (no need to put it in the food processor) season w/ lime, sea salt, and cayenne so yummy.
Your 25th was the same day I turned 50!!! Wow! Happy belated25! I spent my big 50 in Italy and Greece and had the most amazing time with myself and meeting people…I got emotional throughout my trip but it was all just a an amazingly beautiful time

Happy birthday! I always feel a weird pressure to do something extravagant on my birthday to where I make myself somewhat dread the day if I don't have big plans so this was a good reminder that I can definitely just let it be a normal, joyful day!
For my bday, I fast the week before so I can be in my most highest energy. I take a solo trip & just release whatever I’m holding on to & visualize where I’m headed. A renewal.

Stick to your journey and have grace on yourself. I completed 40 days yesterday and it wasn’t easy but definitely worth it. I broke my fast today with a grapefruit and some key lime infused water. It’s been painful and eye opening, and I can only thank The Holy Trinity for carrying me through. Hi Phil, first of all happy belated birthday.
In regards to what I do for my birthday, honestly I love my birthday, I treat it like a holiday lool (I always book 2 weeks off work cause I love myself and don't want any stress around my b-day). I'm from London and its very cold during January (my b-day month) so for the past few years I always travel somewhere warm and book a stay at a all inclusive spa hotel.
On my actual b-day, I blasted my fav music on my speakers and drink a mimosa to cheers another year round the globe, I go to get a spa treatment (always pre booked) and then later on night I take myself out to eat and then explore the city nightlife...by myself (I love solo travelling, especially because people are unreliable).
I always say to anyone who will listen, the least you can do for yourself especially on your b-day (if you have the funds) find a warm country, book an all inclusive hotel and do whatever you want, whether its chilling in the hotel or being Dora the explorer lool, just do something for yourself on the day you was born.

My birthday plan this year was church since it fell on a Saturday. I spent the whole day in God's house and sang A LOT at church😂. It was really peaceful and sweet. God made me feel so content that day. Then I cut a cake with my husband. Perfect day. Happy belated birthday to you!!
