SAME I WAS LITERALLY RESTARTING IT It got stuck on 14% so I held the power button till it turned off now when I turn it on it just reboots everytime Like it doesn't even show me the loading screen as soon as the screen go white it goes completely black and repeats
Plzplz help me ( whin i open my pc it automatically open boot menue but the problem is that there is a instructions screens appearing because of which I cannot do any of the above options , i basically cannot get rid of instructions screen and this haplenes in a look ) i clock enter to get rid of it but it appears again

Not sure best to try cmos battery removal try to reset bios
