I like this play-by-play analysis it shows me what I need to work on and or remember. Lots of exercise channels but none that focus on technique for the bench press. Thank you.
Just discovered your channel and i am so happy to have found such a good channel. Honestly you deserve so much credit as i have not seen any other channel going that much in detail regarding the bench press, such a good and detailed approach to every aspect of the bench, amazing! And thank you for sharing your knowledge, this channel is pure gold!
@@BigBenchas today i hit a PR in the Bench Press, hit 150kgs, wanted to share it. Maybe sometime i'll upload a video and send it to you for ,,fixing lifter's Bench press" Thank you Sir!!
I know video is old, but guy number 2 could likely benefit from setting the hooks on the bench a bit lower. He's almost fully extended to unrack and has to extend through shoulders and lose back tightness (kind of like he has to forward shrug to clear the j hook). For anyone else out there, play with j hook heights and find where you can "row" the bar out without a lot of vertical motion

Glad you enjoy this style of video!
