This tip has made a world of difference in my bench press strength.....legit video.
Thankyou so much coach ben. You have real quality information which is effective as well..I am amazed at my performance today.

I’m definitely going to apply all of this next bench session. I typically place my feet close to the bench and far back under my hips...I thought this was keeping me tight and putting me in an arched position...recently I hurt my self and pulled/pinched something in my right glute/lower back while benching. I couldn’t walk/put pressure on my right leg for a few days. Watching this video I think I’ve been driving up, instead of back..and just adding extra tension to my lower back. I need to focus on a wider stance, pushing the knees out and engaging the glutes!
    Thanks for the advice!
