you prolly dont care but if you guys are bored like me during the covid times then you can stream all the latest series on Instaflixxer. Have been streaming with my gf recently =)
This tip has made a world of difference in my bench press strength.....legit video. Thankyou so much coach ben. You have real quality information which is effective as well..I am amazed at my performance today.
I’m definitely going to apply all of this next bench session. I typically place my feet close to the bench and far back under my hips...I thought this was keeping me tight and putting me in an arched position...recently I hurt my self and pulled/pinched something in my right glute/lower back while benching. I couldn’t walk/put pressure on my right leg for a few days. Watching this video I think I’ve been driving up, instead of back..and just adding extra tension to my lower back. I need to focus on a wider stance, pushing the knees out and engaging the glutes! Thanks for the advice!
@@BigBenchas the only thing I'm trying to get better at when I decent the bar down because for some reason my left arm doesn't come down clean some times any pointers
@@BigBenchas I got at least 4 to 5 more reps I broke over 30 reps for the first time in my life I did 34 reps. I was getting 25/30 depending on how I felt. Thanks looking for the 40s reps this year ?
