      Yup, amazes me that this amount of knowledge and useful tips (!) go virtually unnoticed. But then again it's not as "flashy" as some vids on other channels.

    Maintaining leg drive from the liftoff is definitely something that I haven't been doing. I'm working on it. It's a little tricky but I'm working on it.

    I’m having a problem as I bring the bar down and pause I’m falling off to the left side. It straitens back up at about mid way but still I don’t like it. I don’t feel it and I can’t figure it out. Any tips would be much appreciated

      You can email me a video, will be easier to see whats up. Likely a movement restriction that has caused some compensation. What that is exactly is the tough part. Best a PT takes a look

    About leg drive, I tend to stay tight as I can, and just push the bench back as hard I can when cleared to lift. Is it OK? I mean, I'm not super tight at the unrack, I do really brace in the hole.
