What flour? Bread flour or all purpose?
Biglike 207 ❤️👍
would be nice to see the rolling step
akhti, or akhi, if it is with whole wheat would the bread comes soft? or hard?
Do these keep for a day or two or do they need to be eaten the same day? Thank you
Merhaba ellerinize ve emeğinize mutfağınıza bir hediye bıraktım en kısa zamanda sizleri de bekliyorum 🤗🎁👍
How to make it less chewy?
Hihi, just want to confirm the dried yeast of 4.5 tsp is around 12 grams?
yes that's correct
My son made it and it didn't come out nice, it was chewy. Not sure what went writing? Any recommendations? He followed the recipe properly.
Not sure what went wrong without more details. One thing may be if you used the cup measurements you may have used too much flour. How you measure with cups can vary the amount of flour wildly(like scooping the flour out with the measuring cup vs sifting the flour and then measuring it). It's best to use the weight measuring Anda scale with any baked goods or Breads. The second thing I can think of may be not letting it rest for long enough. You must let it rise for an hour at least and then after rolling put the balls, another 30 minutes of rest. Without these rests then the yeast doesn't have enough time to condition the dough to be soft. Hope thst helps.
Okay I'm late to the party here, but when you made these, did you measure in grams or cups for the flour, because I just weighed out 4 cups and it was well over 600g
There's a correct way of measuring flour. Look it up or just stick to the grams it's easier 😬
She posts the gram measurements, best to always stick to weight measuring with baked goods and Breads for thst very reason 👍
👍👍👍
Did not see you roll them out!
If you are using only 4 1/2 cups of flour in this receipe why are you using 4.5 teaspoons yeast ( 4 1/2 teaspoons) ? I am a baker too, and to me that is too much. 2 1/2 teaspoons or 1/2 table spoon yeast is enough for this receipe. Be careful with yeast because eating too much yeast in your food could lead to another health problem. You take care.
thank you so much for your comment. I have experimented with different amounts of yeast and found this amount to give the best texture
I just made this using one 7g packet of yeast and it was perfect. Very easy recipe
What type of flour did you use strong bread flour
Remember, yeast is not just for dough rising, it's also a conditioner which softens the dough. So sometimes more is used just for that purpose.
What is 4.5 tsp if you mind?
Hi, sorry for the delay in replying. It’s 4 and a half teaspoons :)
@@worldsofra9912 Hi there, Iike to equire as well, how much grams does 4,5 teaspoon correspond to in your example? As according to google you would be adding 4,5x4,92= 22,14 grams… that seems a bit too much imo
@@micha-elvanluijtelaar3331 4.5 tsp of yeast = 12.735g 👍
No knead but you must knead, add yeast, wait, and dust with flour. Geez!
Must be a different video to the one I watched.
