I'm glad you guys aren't afraid of holding Rolex to task. People shouldn't have to accept QC issues at that price point, they are complacent.
lmao
Agree 100%
I agree 100%. As a Rolex owner, they need to step it up. The competition has more than caught up.
Yep, I don’t think they can or should be testing on their reputation much longer
lol
Ralf Peppekus he talks about the Noise !! that’s such a silly Point to bring up your not going to have your watch stuck to your ears if they are going to talk about watches Mention Proper faults not make up silly things he said it’s the same as the Previous model well it’s not they have also changed inside the new Calibre movement 3285 which gives you 70hrs
Thanks for the shout out lads! Looks killer, but not worth 30,000 Queen Lizzie's. FFS!
30,650 Queen Lizzies.
Breaking News: Ultra mass produced watch lacks attention to detail!
Yep. Less other mass produced watches are still better finished though. For some that’s just hard to swallow
@@clockbait Agreed, and for the price point, I find it hard for my wallet to swallow, too. Great channel btw, I hope to see it grow a lot this year :)
@@nick4uuk
I never understood this Rolex Hype. I wont even pay the list price for it. Just compare the movement of that watch and the one of a GO SEAQ.
And paying 15K for a pepsi ??? Rather take blancpain FF.
Of course every mass produced item will suffer in QC control...except when you realize that watches chilling around $400-1000 a producing products near/at/above the quality of what a $10,000 Rolex is doing. On top of the artificial shortage that Rolex themselves are creating.
The issues with Rolex QC is simply unacceptable. But morons seem to be ok getting bent over by this company.
I used to be very proud of my 8 Rolex collection before the advent of RUclips. Not anymore, with all these expose'. Thank you for telling the truth.
NO WAY ABOUT IT.. the Solid Rose Gold IS the most beautiful Rolex watch and probably one of the most beautiful watches EVER made.. much nicer than the stainless "Root bear" model.. The rose gold is just butter! You guys are just too damn English.. We Americans don't mind being loud and in your face... it's why we're #1 in the world at just about everything we put our mind to.
This GMT master!! everose is STUNNING!!!
I agree, the QC at Rolex has fallen. I owned a 2007 16710 GMT Pepsi from new. That watch had a few small issues from new which I wasn’t too concerned about. I sold it at a considerable profit and replaced it with a MK2 214270 which amongst others had the following issues; misaligned rehaut, lume misplaced at 3 o clock and winding crown which would not sit flush on the case when fully tightened. I’ve been around several Rolex in addition to these and they need to up their game, reputation will only last so long if faults become commonplace.
Well done guys - at least you are honest to speak about it even if Die Rolex fun’s will fire at you ... but I have the same comments - I think they know they have a strong blind followers and they don’t need to worry about quality anymore ... sad but true
I had a Longines I sold because I hated the ETA rotor noise. My Seiko cocktail time (300 dollar watch), and Explorer 39 are silent. I’m realizing more and more, there is no point “upgrading” to another Rolex, “sounds” like they only get worse for more money :-(
"you'll get your money back"
1. You might in 2020 ... you never know about 2021 and beyond. Rolex prices are way out of proportion ATM and situations like this usually don't last forever.
2. Value retention is the wrong reason to buy any luxury item. It's a nice bonus, but generally speaking I'd say: Buy what you like ... what you love ... what fills you with joy when you look at it. Otherwise you might as well buy a few bars of gold and put them in a safe. Probably the smarter choice if value retention is paramount for you.
And yes: I just broke out an 8x loupe to look at the red GMT-hand on my watch and the paint is perfect. Kinda embarrassing for Rolex when you consider it's a Steinhart 39 Vintage GMT for which I paid €750 on a J-style bracelet ... not €10,000+.
I love how you pointed out the ceramic ball bearing issue, it’s a thing everyone is overlooking that’s present in all 2020+ movements.
Rolex is on an all time low, but strangely everybody want one.
Johan Larsson because sheeps and dumb idiots
Those who like it will just like it those who don’t so be it
It’s folks that only know Rolex and aspiring to become what they are not that is driving the demand. Unfortunately that seems to be the majority. Yes there are a few collectors who indeed like and collect Rolex, those folks are different.
@@garretthu2466 I'd love to own a Rolex, I love the aesthetic and their history. But Their cost compared to their current quality is laughable. They have the watch community by the shorthairs and every person who knows squat about watches want to buy one due to marketing.
B M you sound mad 😂
The ceramic ball bearings are a big reason that Rolex could extend service intervals. They also contribute to significant increases in winding efficiency.
You boys are becoming one of my fav watch channels, locals too.. West Ldn and i have property in Reading... I think I read (Reading and Essex) in a comment. Keep up the great work. This is exactly why I switched over to Omegas and gald I did never had an omega before but on terms of technology they blow Rolex out the water for less. And just picked up a brand new plant ocean 2020 as a daily over the root beer steel Gmt which they're asking silly money for. And fuck their waiting list, it's getting ridiculous. I'm down to two rolexs now. Not interested in them no more. Next purchase will be Jaeger-LeCoultre reverseo
Thanks chap 👍🏻👍🏻
Reverso is a great choice!
Good time to be buying in Reading too!
@@clockbaitIt definitely is bro✊🏾
I’m surprised not more people are dumping Rolex, it’s madness to play their games and pay over retail !!
The older watches have far better QC . Just purchased a SeaDweller 16600 year 2000 and it is spot on . Even the crown logo is vertical to the dial when screwed down . Such an underrated model.
My 2015 sub ceramic no date had a slight imperfect in the face glass which I didn't spot straight away until I got it home (in a different country)
That’s the type of vid I like to see. Good, honest, none arse licking review of a watch and the company that makes them.
Well done lads. 👍🏼
We always try our best to be honest, whether it’s good or bad 👍🏻
RB was £10,350 when I got it. What a farce. Btw that "dipped by a 5 year old" comment was so accurate 😂🤣
I really agree. It’s a bit bling sure, but that’s personal taste. The problem is the quality control issues you quite rightly mention (which I’ve seen myself too on all three Rolexes I’ve owned), it’s simply not good enough.
Very refreshing. Usually people are too blinded by the glamour and gravitas of Rolex to see any faults. Yes they hold value well but thats purely based on hype an not quality..but if you dont own a rolex you clearly are just salty. Gppd work guys!
Can you guys please let me know what is the weight of Rolex datejust -II 116300 with 11 links? I have taken 1 link down, my weight came 142gram, is this ok?
Kudos to you guys for telling it like it is.
It’s clear you love your Rolex watches, but to have the guts to criticise the “holy grail” 🙄takes balls.
Keep up the great videos 👍🏻
Cheers dude
Nice video, mates!
That‘s one the few channels where you can say something negative about rolex without the comment section going mental.
Cheers 👍🏻
Yer we was expecting more negativity tbh
'We was' 😉 brilliant!
I just picked up a brand new Pepsi straight from my AD in London and guess what... to set the clock forward, I have to rotate the crown anti-clockwise... how does that even happen???
Steady on boys. You'll be upsetting Rolex themselves. They'll be leaving a horse's severed head in your beds! P.s. I could hear that rotor noise from across the other side of the Thames. I thought it was a police helicopter but it was just Ant arriving wearing his Batman 😄
It's nice to see a Rolex review that's not done through Everose tinted spectacles.
That look Like gives. Ant in the opening seconds of the video 🤣 you're like an old married couple 😂
Good work fellas 👍
Nah, Rolex has their fanboys to do the horse-heads.
😂😂😂😂 helicopter 😂😂😂😂
I dont think rolex cares what anyone says about them
@@tom_cusano666 you'd be surprised 🤔
@@tom_cusano666 if they don't, that would be a huge mistake, since their entire claim to glory is based on the reputation of that name. A brand can get wrecked by cheapening within a decade.
Wow - can’t image people paying over retailed for a GMT BLNR with such of bad quality... juts safe a little more and get a proper Patek Philippe or Audemars Piguet or A Lange ... crazy world
Until recently I owned a breitling super avenger 2 and I had the same annoying issue with the rotor every time I moved my wrist you could hear it making noise, had to sell it for that reason, I now own a Sea dweller 43 and no noise to report 👍🏾, great channel guys you’ve got a new subscriber
Thanks for the support chap 👍🏻
You guys are my favorite RUclips personalities. Keep it up!
Thanks dude, really appreciate that!
The one to get is the 126711chnr (tt) at half the price! Mine has no QC issues but I haven’t noticed the rotor noise-it might be noisier but as a kid I always turned my amp to 11. Best regards
I think you nailed it with this one ! I simply adore all gold Submariner with dark blue sunburst dial... But I wouldn't dare wearing it around ! It is just too obvious and provokes thoughts that I had better don't kow about !
Excellent video, guys ! Keep on churning them out !
Thanks chap 👍🏻
I recently got the Explorer II brand new from the AD. The minutes hand had a blob/bent look on the end while the other hands were sharp. I ended up returning it.
My Pepsi meteorite dial is PERFECT. I love this root beer but the white gold just draws my eyes more. Been offered 55k for the meteorite and this one can be bought for 32k
Bud Dastud you were offered 55k gbp ??!!
My seiko skx with nh36 in it is actually just about my quietest watch. My breitling navitimer is very noisy like your Batman. If I’m walking through the house and there’s no other noise I can hear the rotor going round when it’s on my wrist 😂
All your expertise and opinions on quality control I respect and agree with you guys, but still love that GMT on your desk. I have a way more modest Tudor Black Bay Bronze grey edition wich I bought new for just under 3000 pounds for it, and I love it the quality is outstanding for me. You two put over a great tongue in cheek slant on things, but honest and down to earth. Especially on the subject of prices and finishing. Well done Boys 👍 Tam.
Thanks Chap, yep as much as we slate some of the things coming out of the Rolex powerhouse we will still always want one. I don’t know why, maybe we’re just a gluten for punishment lol
I agree! I’ve stopped buying Rolex now ,tired! It’s just getting overhyped now, Quality is really better in CITIZEN and GRAND SEIKO.
RedHat BlackSFArmy Lolololol citizen
@@GunGlutton Citizen chronomaster is nearly if not just as good as Grand Seiko
It's a beautiful watch, but 30k is silly money . Rotor noise is unacceptable on any watch over a few hundred quid. Maybe rolex should let seiko paint their hands . If I'd paid 8k with that shoddy paint job, I would be returning it back to rolex , asking for my money back. Shocking quality control. At the prices rolex charge , every watch should leave their factory perfect.
Rolex’s are now trinkets for chav’s which pains me to say it as a Rolex fan. They’ve peaked and other brands have caught up and passed them quality wise.
It is true. I had some dust in my sea dweller.
Sent it back and got a scratched watch back.
Ffs 😩
Just came across your channel and like the watch chatter and the unvarnished opinion, well done. Two thoughts, the bezels on the GMT and sub can’t be compared. One is unidirectional for diving where for safety sake it it goes in one direction and the crispness with no give or ‘play’ is of an exceptional functional quality. The bidirectional aspect of the GMT has a very different purpose. One can say a lot about Rolex either way but at the core they are tool watches and therefore don’t ignore the different purposes in order to give us a common tactile bezel experience. The same can be said for those who want a flip lock on a datejust or skydweller. Of course it is a safer clasp but is not in keeping with the tool design element. Does a watch need a flip lock if it’s only worn in non tool or sport situations and is not designed with those situations in mind? Now, I realize that if ‘tool’ is Rolex’s first consideration then “why the ‘gold’ variations?” I can’t get past that as well. Anyway, good video and look forward to watching more of your work.
Thanks chap! Oh I definitely agree that the GMT and sub bezels are completely different and rightly so! The sub bezel just seems to be far better executed for its particular application where as the GMT bezel seems to be more of a that’ll do approach
One of the most beautiful watches ever, and defiantly one of the best Rolex watches.
Nice to see done honesty concerning to Rolex quality instead of the usual snobbery you here. I remember when the white gold pepsi came out a few years ago, the bezel didn't centre correctly and the Cyclops lense didn't magnify right either. 25k at the time. They don't care
Vas Varnava in thirty years time they will call these error dial watches and they will be worth hundred of thousands. Rolex just can’t lose!! Lol
@@kepplerkeppler6407 buddy the whole market has gone mental. I just laugh at all of these alleged error dials. People bidding shit up into a vacuum!
At 8k you should pop it back to Dulux for a respray. Or any local painter/ decorator.
🤣🤣
Should gold Rolex have better quality control and finishing than steel Rolex?
100%
Love you candid honesty. Good video.
Cheers dude
Guys could you advise on the wempe diver ? Came across it the other day but don’t know a lot about watches to be honest, but would rather something a little different , looks a nice piece but any advice would be greatly received .
Sorry mate, actually know nothing about them and yet to see ine
clockbait ..... never mind ! They do have a website 🙈if ya get spare few minutes would love to see what ya thoughts are 👍🏻
Are the hands one of the last thing outsource?
Have a 20 year old explorer 2 and the gmt is painted properly. Been seeing GMT macro shot vids with the same painting problem . Saw another a vid of a PP Nautilus with an unfinished surface behind the hour hand (macro shot and reflected on the hour hand) that wo0uld be worse because of the price
I had a 1997 explorer 2 polar dial, on our last video on it and Bark and jacks video on it you can see the badly finished hand set but the actual GMT hand wasn’t too bad
Surely it would be painted with Crown....boom boom.
Ffs 😂😂
Scottish Watches Brilliant
🤦🏼
Hahaha I hear the comedy drums... Bdap dap.....
That's the thing, is the wearer worthy with the matching lifestyle and wallet.
Already knew about the child like painting of the GMT hand but still pretty surprised to hear the rotor noise, always thought the whole quit rotor operation was kinda the Rolex way, craziness!
Very interesting video and review!
The piece is a beauty, personally I would not wear it even if I could afford to buy one. As far as the rotor making noise due to the ceramic bearings. I have in my collection a JLC Hometime Reverso, when you wind as you did with your Batman it makes the same noise. As loud? Not quite sure.
I, myself do not mind it. That's just me, at the price point I can understand your dislike for that grinding sound!
Keep the videos coming when you can!!!
Keep keeping it real boys!
Enjoying your content!
👍🏻👍🏻
I've enjoyed my 6426 oyster precision since I bought it new in 1989 (£490)its a nice ,discreet under the cuff watch and slimmer than a perpetual as its hand wound and has no rotor.
Cement mixer...you guys crack me up and always enjoy your commentary.
Thanks Robert 👍🏻
Did you end up sending it in to RSC to get it addressed or you left it like that?
Left it as none I’ve seen have been any different t
Like Luke I would be afraid to scratch it...but it isn't made for me. Thank you for another fun and interesting video :)
Surely, not the kind of review you’re going to see on Hodinkee 😅. Just buy a second hand Speedmaster for £3 k and forget about these rotor issues.
Hervé Chretien please do not compare this watch to a speed master 😂
Buying a Rolex is like buying a shitty apartment in the middle of metropolitan's cbd. Overpriced but everyone wants it. I'm one of those buyers too.
You could take the same money and buy a huge property in a nice suburb 2 hours away from the cbd. Your choice. Some people do like a penthouse in cbd like this gold Rolex.
Saying it how it is 👏👏
Rolex gets so much smoke blown up their arse, it has become complacent
i am fortunate enough to own two-tone root beer, yes two tone, thats all i could afford, but the color combination is amazing. I believe when these root beer get old and start to get patina on the markers, the values will go up (wish rolex discontinue these faster than other models hah)
Honestly, pound for pound I prefer the RB. Awesome watch mate!
I just purchased a two tone root beer and have similar issue with the rotor. How about you mate? @straden79
It's not going to patina. That's the point of the modern tech.
@@antoniostark22 you mean you hear something like sand grinding noise from inside? I hear rotor spinning but very little grinding noise yes, but it is not too bad. Instead, my complain is the noise coming from bracelet, but i heard it will go away as the watch ages, and noisy bracelet is common issue from Rolex
I went from being a Rolex fanatic and owning 10 Rolex at one time to not even caring about the brand any longer. All smoke and mirrors! Overrated quality and fake scarcity. They brag about quality control yet it’s utter garbage!
Agree, lack of quality control!
Weird how hardly anyone had mentioned the noise or even pointed out the ceramic ballbearings “upgrade”. Well, everyone who bought or must sell these has a financial interest to protect. Anyone with a JLC Master Control would know the noise. As durable as it might be, I find it constantly disturbing. Phew, might not rush into a new caliber Rollie if it’s the same.
Where did you get your Batman? Are you sure it’s not a fake? I have 3 GMTs and none of them ha e that sloppy paint. If you purchased your watch pre owned I would get it Authenticated to be safe
Hey Terrence, bought brand new at a London AD. 100% genuine.
Love the honest review
Well may not be Rolex but it's sister brand, just had to put my Tudor GMT in due to a date issue with the movement. Even my £60 Parnis GMT can manage to not skip a day and a half after 2 years of use, let alone 4 months. Not what i would exspect from a 2.6K watch 🙄.
Rolex has been known for being the most perfectly made mass produced timepieces, honestly without it Rolex really doesn’t have much going for itself. A Seiko Marine Master for $3100 beats the Rolex. Seiko is just better made.
Garrett Hu yet nobody wants to wear a seiko 😂 😂
Exactly. Much less Grand Seiko, who humiliates Rolex with nearly every model they make in terms of precision and craftsmanship.
The ideal watch for the wealthy gentleman with hard of hearing ; )
Not only QC issues apparently. Outright design shenanigans too if we judge from comments on forums. Day Date not changing date and/or day. 3285 with date issue too. 3235 with accuracy issue due to lack of lubrication.
I have to say though that my pieces work perfectly (YM 116622, SD43). Touch wood.
Not planning on buying another Rolex in the foreseeable future. I'm more interested in other brands.
Rolex need to go to Sinn’s painting school 😂
🤣🤣
Rolex must produce 2700+ watches a day based on yearly production figures, that a lot of hand to paint. :)
Probably why they employ a load of idiots to do it
I wouldn't be surprised if some of the parts come from China then get assembled in Switzerland. Hence why Rolex are so secretive about there "state of the art" manufacturing. If they are so proud and cutting edge of technology then why not be transparent and open with your consumer so he gets a even greater appreciation of your product. I like Rolex but smells like a lot of smoke and mirrors going on with them lately.
Why dont you return your watch to rolex if it has faults? Paying a lot of money for a watch with a few faults doesn't make any sense. My explorer has no faults at all......and if it had I would return straight away. Great video lads.
Lol the last time I mentioned how sub par Rolex QC is lately I had an idiot defending Rolex and these two agreed with him.
It depends on what your specific complaint was.
Trev Barlow crooked rehauts and bezels.
Footballer's watch. Great vid though, did you find someone selling a really good macro rig recently?
🤣🤣
My stepson’s a footballer and can’t even get hold of a gmt. Lol
The rotor noise you hate is 100% due to the use of ceramic bearings used on the rotor. Have you ever listened to the movement on a Patek Philippe Nautilus or Aquanaut? I’m used to this and it really doesn’t bother me. Do you walk around jolting your arms like you’re epileptic?
Gary Smith please don’t compare Patek Philippe with a mass produced watch such as Rolex ... some respect ✊
@@impexRQ agreed, they are miles apart in terms of detailed finishing. The point I was making is that my Aquanauts' rotors make a pleasing noise which is noticeable when the rotors spin. My Rolex watches dont have ceramic bearings but I'd imagine this is the noise the RUclips guys disliked.
I hate to say it, but Rolex quality is going down. They are just like Mercedes Benz, resting on their Brand Name. I have been driving and owning Mercedes for over 30 years and their new vehicles from 2003 on do not have the quality it use to have. My old Benz have quality built into the car. My 20 year old Rolexs have better quality.
I agree on that, my 2015 AMG is built like shit compared to my old 2003 E55 AMG
Nowadays they make their cars in multiple countries outside of Germany.
With Mercedes, we mustn't forget that this was a deliberate choice on their part, back when "streamlining production" was all the rage. Basically, some managers decided that Mercedes' were "needlessly overbuilt", so they started to cut cost and to cut corners. They saved a few billion in the short term, but ruined their brand's rock-solid reputation in the long term. And, as always, consumers had to pick up the bill. It's no wonder that Mercedes models in the early 2000s and on were suddenly showing up in the very bottom spots in reliability surveys. And all that not because they were resting on their laurels but because some higher-ups were obsessed with saving a few bucks to justify their own overblown salaries.
My 2009 e class is built solid and reliable
If you want the quality that Rolex / Mercedes are supposed to be selling, you get yourself a Grand Seiko / Lexus. Most people won't though.
What bothers me the most: The crown position when the crown is closed. With all my Rolex watches, when the crown is closed, the Rolex symbol is not straight up. That annoys me indescribably.
Haha yer that bugs me too. One of mine is dead straight, out of 3 lol
I thought I was being fussy wondering why they're not all made to be straight by default, especially for a brand that supposedly prides itself on attention to detail.
4:30 i wish my 124060 sounded like my SLA037 or SLA043.
Jimmyni creamy you just tell the truth about it and for sure disgust a lot of people to buy it now, and that is absolutely great!! 😊
Trade in the batman for a 5 digit pepsi or coke... best rolex decision of your life!
Literally paying its weight in gold? Nope, not even close. Here’s the thing, the gold version weighs just over two ounces more than the stainless steel version. An ounce of gold, as of today, is 1260 pounds, and that’s pure gold, whereas the rose gold from Rolex is most likely only 75% gold. So, the watch should cost roughly 2126 pounds more than the steel version, yet they want 30 large ones for it, whereas the SS version goes for 7850? Fucking rip-off in my opinion! If the watch weighs 220 grams and it was made of 24 karat gold paying its weight in gold would be 11.482 pounds.
Wanted to buy a Rolex a couple years ago. I was very disappointed at the fit and finish of a $8,000-10,000 watch....I handled several of them. Uneven polishing, sloppy bezels, dust in the dial etc.
The AD was baffled when I didn't buy it (he sold it that day anyways). A Rolex isn't worth anywhere near what it is, buy since Joe with a lot of money to blow will buy one without looking at it...they have nobody to hold them accountable.
I wonder when this Rolex hype train will come to a halt. The value isn't there except to those who want to resell the watch.
Yeah that’s noise is unacceptable on a modern watch.
I don’t agree with it being the best looking watch, I think the Daytona is a better looking watch, irrespective of metal choice. The design is far slicker. I also think the day-date is a better looking watch than a GMT.
My 2020 steel skydweller has the same sound and I hate it. It sounds ridiculous
Annoying isn’t it
It's sad. I wait for months to get a skydweller and make it seem like you have 5 mins to decide to buy it and they dont have 2 or 3 to choose from. I wish I could feel out 2 or 3 and find the one that makes the least amount of sound but not possible. 16k skydweller and its loud. Rolex is got to change this
Wow that's harsh!!! Can't say I disagree, but fkn happy I have the one with the silencer 😂
Great video; however, I own a new Sub and Batman and my Batman bezel feels fabulous and I have no rotor noise or paint issues... Too bad you got a dud, I must have got lucky. Cheers
Maybe its a fake
@@Oakleyworld LOL🤣
My SD43 and Batman does not make noise. My 7750 chrono, yes.
Hit the nail on the head. If you’re going to buy high end you really don’t want to be putting your money into a solid gold 30 k gold Rolex your asking to get rolled . No easier way for crims to make 30 k.
Great video guys very true on the new Rolex's MACRO quality seems like a miss...... But who's getting the lupe out in the AD and saying nah mate your all right.... Lol
I heard about the noisy rotor on another channel with the 3285 Chronergy movement. I could never hear the rotor on the 3186 in my 116719BLRO. White Gold has the advantage you can wear it unnoticed, as I did mine all the time. The bezel CHNR (chocolat/ Noir) is apparently based on the 1950 bezels on the initial 6542 GMT-Master:
ruclips.net/video/li0mRLcGbU8/видео.html
Dead on, on one thing... Neither one of these is worth anywhere near their retail price. None of the steel watches are remotely worth their price. Hell, look at a steel Daytona, $13,000 compared to a Zenith El Primero for about $5000. Hell, I can get a solid gold Striking 10th for the same price as a steel Daytona. And, the Striking 10th has a much more incredible movement.
They're trying to price themselves in the PP, JLC and AL&S range, but they're not doing any of the top level work of any of those, and other, top tier brands.
It's like Hugo Boss selling $2000 suits. They're fused shit with no hand work, and just not worth it. Go buy a Canali, Ermenegildo Zegna, or a Corneliani. Superior quality in the same, or just slightly higher, price range.
Heath Wasson great comparison
Great video, you guys are hilarious. Thanks for having the balls to call out Rolex. The real question is; did you make Luke finish?😂
🤣🤣
BB58 bezel is quite the best bezel ever me thinks.
Compared to Grand Seiko that Rolex finishing is ehm funny
No one cares about GS, that’s a fact😉
Tudor's GMT really does have a quality problem.
So true. Mine went in for repair 3x. I wound up selling it and bought a Ball GMT Hydrocarbon.
Yes, but it's forgivable with that piece because it's a new movement.
@@trevbarlow9719 Um no. For the price they are asking, it's not forgivable.

@@kcsrr15 Date wheel would not turn over. After it went it for repair it came back with a different problem, the date wheel would show between dates (not centered in the window). After three repairs Tudor gave up and the authorized dealer bought it back from me. I then bought a Ball GMT Hydrocarbon - a superior watch in every single way possible. When holding both watches in your hands, the Tudor GMT feels like flimsy junk compared to the Ball. Yes, it's that good.
That Batman sounds like a Vostok. 🤣
