  • The Mani Peninsula is renowned for its rugged beauty, with dramatic coastal cliffs, charming villages, and olive groves dotting the landscape. The ride starts at the Diros Caves, one of the oldest caves in the world. From here you move through beautiful landscapes that offer beautiful views of mountains and cliffs plunging into the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea. You will pass traditional Greek towns and stone-built houses. The region is known for growing the world-famous Kalamata olive. The ride ends at the charming and picturesque harbor of Agios Nikolaos.
In this ride-along video, you ride at the speed of a pro rider. If you want to ride at your own speed, please look below for how to make that possible with our indoor cycling app Open Road.

Take your indoor cycling to the next level with our indoor cycling app Open Road:
Dive into an immersive indoor cycling experience with our Windows training app ’Open Road’. The app lets you ride the ride for real and provides a better and more realistic indoor cycling experience compared to our ride-along videos on RUclips. The app is compatible with all ANT+ cycling devices, including smart trainers, power meters, and speed sensors. Athletes with spinning and exercise bikes without ANT+ compatibility can control the speed manually and enjoy riding with all the important cycling data displayed during the training session.

    Just add music:
Most cyclists would agree that the ride to Col du Tourmalet is outstanding. But with music, opinions are very mixed. Even though we have added music, we recommend adding your favorite music to the ride. It is quite simple. Mute RUclips and open a browser window. Find a site that offers music (Spotify, RUclips, etc…) pick the music you like, and enjoy the ride... We have left the original sound of the ride out. This is because of the noise from passing cars, vibrations from the road, wind, and the rider's breathing drowns the natural sound of the surroundings.

Hey there I love your videos! Can you please leave the audio in them? We can mute RUclips and play our own audio if we don't want to hear the physical noise. I want to however. It's super immersive and for whatever reason can't watch the videos that don't have natural sound on them 😢

I also asked this to them. The real sound can contain a lot of wind noise. Anyway, we can mute the video and play other sound if needed

Unfortunately, it is not possible to supply the natural sound on all our videos, due to technical limitations.@@falconbike_onfire

So happy you like our videos. If it was technically possible to supply the natural sound on all our videos, this would be our first priority. However, due to technical limitations, this is not always possible. Happy riding...

Our feedback is that most people prefer natural sound or music. But your feedback is certainly valid too, and easily fixed by muting the sound.
