Thanks to this channel, my exercise bike, along with my persistence, I have lost 15 lbs in 2 months. But the best thing is that I feel really good doing it! I get lost in the scenery and start daydreaming. The next thing I know, I've hit the 25-minute mark on my bike. Love this!!!
